Personally not a fan of the "who will fatigue first" win condition, its like having a grudge irl, but instead of beating someone to death, you're waiting for them to die of old age.
I personally think its bad for the game's health, but im sure some people enjoy it
But a game should be within the boundaries of your deck, not from the grave and beyond, and THEN some more. Its just bizarre to me that this was *designed* to exist
If im allowed to be a bit extreme, i think this is the opposite side of the spectrum with rush decks that straight up wins the game within a few turns (from way back then). Its like wishing your opponent is also a sadist so they can both hurt each other, slowly ofc...
Really like the turn counter, think most people won't know that's till a draw happens though and will think it's done retroactively to when the game ends and removes suspense.
Most people don't play Fatigue Warrior/Druid so they've never had it happen to them.
This is the hearthstone i miss. Some people might say im crazy but i LOVE control vs control matchups where both have a lot of value and the game goes long, which also means you for a long time have to think of what you do and it's impact on the game as a whole
You got pretty unlucky with Dr Boom being so deep into your deck, and then only getting the armor once.
I wouldn't consider deliberately playing a Dead Man's hand so prematurely unlucky

Hai Han Why wait for boom before DMH? Just for the extra 7 armor? Seems like adding a boom back into your deck just opens yourself up to a late benedictus. Imagine if trump drew boom in a timely fashion, then shuffled another only for benedictus to copy it

Wow, that math on the turn count was impressive. He says 28 turns before realizing that 5 minions were Screamed, and it was turn 23.

How did you go about to make the turncounter fill up? Did you just add some amount of red manually every turn or did you make even partitions that filled up? Would be cool if you saw this, and you're the coolest!
What was the old outro (trump dancing) and this new outro from?
The new outro is from Overlord and the old outro i think is from Team pop epic
Last one was from Space dandy (Trump's dancing "body") and Pop Team Epic (The disco scene). This one is from Overlord (the ending of an OVA featuring the "pleiades" side characters dancing in 8bit style).

I love the Dr. Boom card but good GOD have there been some fucking boring matches I've played that were almost an hour long.

That priest did so many dumb things:
1) Should have used both screams before Benedicts. (That is debatable though)
2) Should have zolaed Benadictus for more cards to prevent fatigue
3) Shouldn't of swapped to Dr. Boom, he could pump out more damage as anduin.
4) Once he was Dr. Boom he should have zap cannoned the face instead of the minion, the game would have been over sooner in his favor.
Baron Anoch To be fair the game is so favored for the quest priest in this match up it doesn't matter

I was playing mech Hunter and on turn 7 the enemy played Dr boom I played death stalker Rexar and we went to fatigue and I won. So in conclusion Rexar>Dr.Boom
It’s basically impossible for a warrior to ever beat deathstalker rexxar without n’zoth in standard
rex is value and Dr boom is tempo
I play quest/Dr boom and I managed to pull a win against this. It could have been luck but it is possible to do!
Yeah I think zombeasts are just way better than random mechs and armor

I crafted the deck but should i be running a geist or 2nd DMH? And what would I sub it for? I vsed a couple mechathun druids and geist would of just made them quit lol

The real mistake was not realizing that you were gonna die to anduin's hero power too fast that you had to risk going further into fatigue to get doctor boom

Alright i've been playing a similar decklist to this one, but for the life of me I can never find a good use for weapons project outside of harrison. Am I just bad, or is the card just overrated?
... i love Weapons Project. For my emergency shield slams/frenzys. And for killing necrium blades, etc. And in control matchup thats heading into fatigue i try and block there harrison from being played. BUT my favorite use is messing with warlock plans. i.e. A very early project can delay a Heal Zoos free happy ghouls, if i can drop it before their 1st tap. A well timed project can delay an Evenlocks 7/7 taunt, if i push them away from 15hp at the right moment.
A fine card, imho.
You use it to break your opponent’s weapon. Think of game changing weapons like a Kingsbane or a Twig.

What's with all the whining about long matches? Would you rather play/watch 3 long games, with lots of variation between them on how the games go, or 12 five minute curvestone games that end on turn 7 with identical turns 1-7?
Control matches are my favourites. Instead of playing everything on curve, you have to actually consider all your resources vs your opponent's.
Consider the attention span of an average Hearthstone player, then decide if that question really needs to be asked.
I can’t begin to say how much I wish he’d stop saying “Dr. Boom Mad Genius” every damn time he references the card enough.
