If then cooked with olive oil and sheep fat in this Phase this called kalii'h , so that it can be kept for a long time and can be used in several recipes, the most famous of which is Msamen with klii'h 😊 we can do it also with tomatoes sauce Petersilie garlic and eggs 🥚🥚🥚us a quick dish . No beef bacon. Just dehydrated and cooked meat ( beef or veal lamb)stored in the fat it was cooked in
