SO cute, I love the topstitching on the pleats and how it gives it a corseted feel. Would love to see you add some sort of recycling challenge to the bowl!! (I.e. only thrifted fabric, using thrifted clothes to make something new, that kinda thing)
I'm not a big denim fan and was expecting to dislike this, but the finished product is adorable 10/10 I adore the sleeves
As someone who hates blue denim, I love this dress and the top stitching helps the eyes go away from all the blue. I would say 9/10 only because I think if there were hidden pockets it would make it a 10.

10 outta 10!! i really loved the top stitching and pleat details! and really appreciate that you included steps that sometimes aren't shown in challenges by other folks like draping/mock up, seam finishing, and even washing your fabric! seeing all these done in one day makes me feel motivated to sew something now!
LOVE the dress (please release it as a pattern!!), and i LOVE the video!!! you should definitely do more of these 1-day challenges (only if you're up for it tho lol), and i think a few good ideas to add to the fishbowl would be: create a look without buying anymore fabric/materials, create a 60's-inspired mod dress, recreate a dress/item from a movie/tv show you like, and make a ren fair look with a huge cape!

Normally I’d be like “a denim dress? 🥴” but this is SO CUTE. And I honestly love seeing that you made mistakes and forgot to add seam allowance and had to alter the design part way through because that is so relateable. ❤

Very cute 10/10. The design is beautiful. I live in a very warm place, so I want to try with a lighter fabric than denim (even though the denim gives it structure and attitude) and with shorter sleeves. Thanks for the inspiration.🎉

I’d like to see something like the Selkie Cassiopeia Day dress. It doesn’t have any horizontal waist seams. It has a corset like construction but the same pattern pieces vertically from top seam to bottom hem. I haven’t really seen a lot of dresses like that and I’m interested in the construction.
