A small oil painting course was in my Art College. But I did not work well then. And my attention was focused on other lessons. Later, for many years I dreamed of painting with oil, but did not have such an opportunity. I don't have my own workshop. But my beautiful friend invited me to the open air in her garden.
This video is not very informative and useful.
But I want it to be remembered here.

I used acrylic only in decorative works on fabric and for painting dolls. Therefore, I can not compare. But I know these techniques are very similar. Oil paint dries longer. And this must be taken into account. I know there is technology: artists paint the lower layers with acrylics for fast drying, and use oil for the top. Previously, tempera paint was used for this. One of my teachers told me about it.
I think you should definitely try. If you worked with acrylic, you are doomed to success 😍🌹🌹🌹
