I'm not sure why people keep saying "it is faint but you can hear a difference" because the difference ABSOLUTELY does not sound "faint" at all, it is in fact very noticable.
As someone who has heard the original soundtrack a LOT (MMX is in my top 5 games of all time and I grew up with it) this is extremely well done. I can easily pick up the differences but that's great because it feels like you've put your signature on an already great piece. Well done 👍👍👍
I must be hearing or not hearing things because this sounds exactly like how it should. That's the point but I felt it had to be mentioned. Basically, I can't tell it apart and that's good but I was thinking it was supposed to sound better but I'm not sure in what way it does so.
I've been going through each game recently with a rule that I gotta start from the beginning on a game over. I was stuck on X3 for a good while, So the differences with how the instruments sound compared to x1 are still fresh in my mind. Anyway I really like how you arranged this.
You are underrated. The X3 instruments in this remix is so perfect, better then did original version in my opinion. I looking forward for the next awesome remix!
What the original has going for it, is that sort of...hollow echo which sort of fits the scene as you're going on without Zero in X1. Using the X3 Instruments it takes on a sort of...heroic...sound.

MEGA SFC. why do you always have to kick my ass at this?! you are so damn good, god in heaven! it’s like you just picked up my X2 version and threw in the garbage! this is very good, good job as always
They had the same instrument samples. This has a lot of vibrato that X3 didn't have so it's slightly closer to X2, but the biggest difference between the two was the composers themselves.

I agree, X3 has a very different soundfont than X1.

Couldn't have said it better, that's why I love this channel though
Mega Man X guitars are different from Mega Man X3 guitars.
This version sound more varied and fresh than the official version, the segments are easier to identify
As a die hard fan of the SNES X series, I approve! 👍👍👍 X2 is my favorite btw.

this works quite well, just wish it had that extra reverb the original held
you've been uploading again, yesss good work favorite x1 theme
Just played the original X yesterday for the 1000000000th time
Sounds better in this soundfont! Good job making this.
Perfect timing!
I was just listening to this stage earlier.
This dude just get better and better at this
This sound font is just a modified version of X2's, which in turn is obviously modeled after X1's.
My favorite X1 stage remixed into my favorite X game. Nice. !
Just when you think that the X ost was good you reach this stage and your brain explodes. Excellent remix 100/10

I love this so much
Amazing remix I enjoy it a lot.
Awesome recreation, dude!
i wanna request a song
Magician Type 0 theme in SNES Megaman X style
When people say X3's instruments are grating, I get it.
Epic
Haven’t listened to the original in a while, so I can’t really tell the the difference, but it definitely sounds amazing!
Its very faint, but the X3 remix is noticeable. I do have a question though: "Would it had turned out the same if it was done on a X2-Style remix?" 🤔
I wonder if Mega SFC is interested in finding out?

Nice
