In this video I wanted to show you what is like driving in usual on the Romanian roads. Without national highways the heavy truck traffic have to enter the villages, making for people a real life nightmare. Simply crossing the road can become a big challenge. Exactly!😊 I wanted to show for you more how it's like driving in Romania. I think it's more interesting and challenging driving in such conditions than on highways. You have to be careful everywhere, but on roads like this with pedestrians, vehicles circulating unregularly (leaving the shops and entering in front of you, forcing you to brake), you have to drive with caution. we dont see anymore in the UK ! I used to work for the Police as a mechanic and I had to take truck, car and motor cycle driving
courses, and they always told us that accidents dont happen, they are caused ! It's something I've always remembered !

What a cool occupation you had!😎 It is absolutely right, because every accident has a "faulty" participant. In the university I used to study Accidentology discipline, we always examined the cause and the circumstances of the accident. It did hit😁, but that's summer🤷🏼♀️. Take care! Hello!🙋🏼♀️ Thank you for being here!😊 Yes, exactly. We have a few highways in Romania and the majority of the trucks/cars have to enter rural areas. Everybody is in great rush making everything worse. But we try our best!😊 I have 2 dreamcatchers there. They look very beautiful. Have a nice week!🌞🌻
Greetings from Scotland! That sounded just like me, Timea! "Go - go - go!" 😊 That poor trucker who was in an accident! Always a very sobering sight! It can happen in the blink of an eye! 😲 I also noticed that you also have drivers who do not require indicators, they are "Point and go" drivers! 😊 Then you have the "I am important!" drivers who just pull out in front of you without fear, just because they can! I often secretly wished I had a big steel girder across the front - just to show them who actually has the right of way! 🤬 😂 Then you have the "lane pickers" who cannot decide which lane to be in, so they wander about or straddle the white line, keeping their options open! I love those - great guys! 👌Finally, we have the "Immortal" pedestrians who stroll across the road without looking - heaven is absolutely full of those I'm sure! 😂😂 Another great video Timea! Hello Peter!😁 Yes, you once asked if I talk with the other drivers, in situations like this, I talk😅. Yes, I think he took the curve very fast, but despite of the accident I was happy that the truck wasn't so "broken", so I hope that the driver survived. The main problem with this kind of drivers is, that they don't know how "loaded" you are, maybe breaking the whole truck is more difficult than they think. In a lot of cases they don't give you the space needed breaking, so you have to be very careful with the speed. What an idea!😂 I think every driver had this idea, because we also!😅 A railway iron should be put on the front of the truck longitudinal so the drivers who doesn't park right, or enter in front of you get a scratch. They wander around the white line, and they don't even indicate the turn/ line changing. I don't know about pedestrians, they don't fear of traffic, it's very strange.🙄 They are so sure that the traffic/ trucks can stop. But maybe a break failure occured and the driver didn't notice. Then what?? But as you said earlier, you have to be very careful. I am very happy because you it seems, that you always get me/ my situations very well.😁Have a beautiful week!😊🌞🌻
@@blondietruckingadventures Hi Timea! Over the years I think I have been very lucky! I have managed to avoid death many times when it should have been inevitable! I have never been a rich man, but I have always been lucky! I worry that if I ever win the lottery, my luck as a driver will run out! 😂😂 In reality, it will never happen because I don't gamble! I always seemed to have a "second sense" that gave me a slight warning and that was enough to avoid disaster! Pure luck, nothing more! I wish you to have the same luck, or whatever it is, also Timea! Just like the drivers where I live,lol😾 I loved the scenery from just before you got to the city. Pedestrians and cars that turn right in front of you can be frustrating, you handled it well!👍 Driving a big truck through narrow city streets is not an easy task, I am sure of that. Nu este ușor să conduci în România, te întâlnești cu toată lumea pe drum de la căruțe până la vaci care se duc acasă. Trebuie să ai grijă ca toată lumea să ajungă acasă în siguranță, dar și tu să ajungi în timp la locul de descărcare. Dar, un peisaj mai diversificat și mai frumos este greu de găsit prin Europa. Mulțumesc frumos că sunteți alături de mine!😊🌞🙋🏼♀️

hahaha.....you mentioned "narrow" roads, and I was expecting something entirely different. Not to downgrade the traffic conditions and the roads there, but if that's the tightest roads you got, I'd be glad to drive over there. These are pretty wide compared to what we have here in Greece in some places. Let me try and find a dash cam footage of a couple o' days ago, to show you what I mean by "tight roads". If it's not erased, you'll get an idea of what we have to navigate through with the semi. Cheers from Greece. 👍👍👍👍👍😎

I wanted to put that part also, but the recording was overexposed because of the light.🤷🏼♀️ We have roads here also which are tight, and you have to be very careful if you meet with another truck. I mean....drining in tight roads is like precision flying. You gotta keep it steady in a narrow road, without hitting anything to the sides, and not letting it fall off the curb. Love it....👍👍👍👍😎

Szerintem elaludt, de az is lehet, hogy túl gyorsan akarta bevenni a kanyart. Annak az egynek örvendtem, hogy a kamion nem volt annyira összetörve, így remélem, hogy a másik sofőrnek nem lett semmi baja. Hello!😊 I speak Hungarian, Romanian, English and a little bit of German. In Romania, the spoken language is Romanian, but in Transylvania, there is a significant Hungarian population who speak Hungarian. So on the CB radio we speak both languages. Maybe I missed something but what was crazy about those roads??? I only saw normal traffic and the aftermath of an accident . You can see exactly the same thing in every country , except maybe the horse and carriage

Am trãit sã vãd si asta.. ..o soferitã româncã cu un camion înmatriculat în România, care conduce pe soselele din România si care abia mai stie limba românã.. 🤦🤣 "Muream" dacã întrebai în englezã în statie!! 🤭 Eu sunt plecat de 29 de ani, cãsãtorit cu fatã de aici, nu vorbesc româneste în casã si nici la muncã si totusi nu mi-am uitat limba maternã.. Am doar accentul schimbat dar atât. 😉
