when will yall learn to write scripturally correct songs? spirit does not come and go.. spirit is inside of you and flows out, your the one who choose to let the spirit out. Unless they are not saved then I can understand how they are asking spirit to come. Bible says I will never leave you nor forsake you.

@@ronniehatton-jones683 your misinterpreting that verse how about pouring out on all flesh. It was prophesied by Isaiah that in the last day he will pour out his Spirit on All Flesh. The last day was during the day of the Pentecost that's when the last day started and when the holy spirit moves inside of you I never leave you nor forsake you. All the rest of your text I agree you get filled from inside, overflowing rivers of living water. My concern is when people are trying to invite the holy spirit as if it's somewhere out there, no it's inside of you always, if your born again. Also if you hunger your not saved. Jesus gave you the living water so you'd never hunger or thirst ever again. Main point is learn how to overflow from inside out and out on everyone around you. God bless
