Song Il Kook - Coach of Namgyeok Team 2012 - part 1 - training.wmv

Namgyeok Team (KBS show "Happy Sunday") has a slogan: "101 things a man must do before he dies. A crew of Korean male celebrities with different ages and personalities get together and take on missions. By taking on missions, they meet many mentors in different areas, learn and practice things they should do as a "real" man. The mission range is from physical challenge to awakening the emotional sensitivity."
Six weeks Namgyeok Team have trained hard, preparing for Tongyeong Triathlon, September 23, 2012. Their coach: Song Il Kook. 1.5 km swimming into the ocean, 40 km cycling and 10 km running: these must a real man do in triathlon, and Namgyeok Team succeeded more than everyone expected! Of course, they had a strong will and a very special coach: Hallyu megastar Song Il Kook!
