Are there even terms and conditions? "An hour with Shroud" is such a vague thing, even with Maya saying it is for Gaming it still is very vague. I wonder if you could argue that the description is too vague and therefore not legally binding. Also I think the donation from Ludwig does not qualify for charity tax deduction. He didn't donate money directly to charity instead he bought a product from an online auction but not sure about the laws here.
