I like to use turmeric, cardamom, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, clove, corn oil, garlic, and Greek yogurt for my marinade. Chicken thighs instead of breast, but either way, they both taste/look good!

I don’t know about the garlic sauce part of it all. Why not make the regular Lebanese “Toum“ garlic sauce? Also missing some spices as well. But I like preparing the chicken in the oven and then slicing them aspect of it.
Who puts tomatoes salad with *CHICKEN* Shawarma? Only with *Beaf* shawarma The original Lebanese chicken shawarma is with garlic paste and French fries and cucumber pickles wrapped with the pita bread and voalaa.
