Without knowing the details of your set up I can't really say what would improve this, but a better mic or some acoustic foam might improve the audio quality. very well explained Could you care to explain how video games can display same type of fear Because you can't use the same techniques as it's a different medium and what I've seen in two of the most scary games I've played P.T. & Visage is that there's barely any character development or a proper dialogue
