- I've been painting on the road for a long time and this has been my favorite kit to work out of. Each job is different, and each work environment is different so i like being well prepared, having a kit that holds a lot of my gear helps me out from needing to walk back and forth to my car to grab more.
I was packing my kit up for a fun large job and thought maybe people would like to see what is inside my kit.

I have to think you have all the work you need. All the brush guys that subbed for me are gone…. Been in the business pre vinyl. Your trade was underrated. Back in the day. Now being rare is recognized for its talents. What you do is design, art, skill and physically challenging. You do it all as one of the best!

I have heard YT is a pain, but it is the only entertainment platform I watch. Carl Fisher from "Make it kustom" and you are on the same level as automotive artists, he is a sheet metal GURU, and you got the Title as one of the best old school pinstripers / sign painters!! its been awhile! youtube isnt much of a pain, its the editing. i had to re-learn my video editing software they updated it and ive been lost on where things are located on it. The nova was put on the backburner while i was building my garage, this spring it will get worked on again. stay tuned i hope to have another video or two out next week

I love my new BETA box too. Carries everything I need. If I'm short on space I have a tall skinny travel makeup kit box.
The BETA is the ideal kit for sure, wish it came with some muscles hahaha

I use a train case for all my supplies, I dont have an at home studio so my stuff is always in a "travel kit" 😂

Can you tell me what you use urethanes for verses One Shot Enamels?
commercial vehicles , in the elements all the time work and anything needing metallics, i use urethanes, also anything under clear. If its a classic car, or garage kept, lightly used vehicle i use enamels, most of my panel work i use enamels

What do you use for a mahl stick?
i use a Alpha 6 telescopic carbon fiber mahl stick i dont know if its in the video or not. i lost my old one( probably left it at a job site) so i just ordered 2 more. they are brilliant and light weight, not metal so resting my wrist on it 8hrs a day doesn't hurt. I do prefer hand over hand method but when i need a mahl stick that is what i use.
