Hello Zykopath, this is a great video thank you. However, DLDSR 1.78x + DLSS Quality is better(with better FPS than DLAA). To put simply, this is your "ClarityFX" but for every game. Trying DLDSR 2.25x + DLSS Quality is even better.
Not for games that use raytracing. In cyberpunk u loose a lot of detail in reflection because of that. But for other games it might work well (beside some UI's that looks bad because of DSR)

great video, tried it in rdr2 and even though it seems like a small change it does look much better than taa. im just wondering how to make it look sharper now, since the in game dlss sharpness doesnt seem to change anything.
DLSS with Sharpening on RDR2 already looks much better than TAA. I just didn't want it to eat up so much FPS. I get more FPS by using it on native (w/wo TAA), but it looks terrible. If you're saying that it looks about the same, then this method is stupid. I'll probably have to look for another method. Maybe a reshade or something.
A note to anyone trying this, this does not work if the game does not have DLSS version 2+. Monster Hunter World Ice born does not and this will crash your game. Sadly cuz mhw normally aa looks pretty bad

You always want to dowanload the latest dlss version of nvngx_dlss.dll files. If you want the highest preset just like you said use DLAA which means NATIVE resolution with applied Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing (DLAA). If you force it every preset in your game menu for DLSS - either Quality - Performance or Ultra Performace will become the same: DLAA with native resolution. Like in video above just test it with switching presets with no impact on fps if applied right for forcing DLAA option or there is also an overlay you can active really see the input and output res are the same.
DLAA uses native resolution while DLSS upscales from a lower resolution, thus use DLAA if you want higher image quality, but don't need the performance increase.

When I downloaded the DLSS tweaks folder from nexus mods, I followed all the instructions provided however, it did no work. Curiously, the dlsstweaks file was not in the expected "INI file" format after I unzipped the folder, instead the file type was "configuration settings". Is there a way to convert the configuration settings file to the INI file format?
It is/was always a .ini file. Windows just calls it configuration settings. In the video he is using Notepad++ as the default program for opening .ini files. And Notepad++ calls it INI File. It's still the same thing.

DLAA improve Antialiasing, improves clarity and gives u additional sharpness filter that is very good looking (this depends on game some gives u sliders some dont but u can tweak that in this program).

always use the latest version of nvngx_dlss, it is the data for the DLSS scaler and every iteration provides nominally better image quality

It's the same way for all games, but I don't recommend doing it in online/multiplayer games for obvious reasons.
