Great pattern picks, Kate! I thought of you and Rachel when I saw the Ornella pattern on Luke’s table whilst Patrick and Esme were talking to him.😊
Me too! Strange that they seem so secretive about the patterns and then blatantly reveal one like this.
And me!
They are all fantastic and unique. Personal choice is Pasha. She has vision.
Pascha has been my consistent favourite - glad that the judges are coming round to my way of thinking 😉
Love these videos!
I love watching these videos even though we won’t see the GBSB until later in the year in Australia. A great sneak peek if only in my imagination. You do a terrific job picking the patterns so quickly and accurately. Cheers from Downunder.
Thank you so much!
On top of the patterns as usual.
I love the pleated shoulder dress-
It's a gem. One of those patterns you treasure just because it's fabulous even if it's never made up!
Gotta love a flawless sample 🤌🏻👗
I didn’t realise Alex and Susie made the same pattern! They looked so different with the fabric choices and hacks! Pascha’s dress was outstanding and a very worthy winner for garment of the week! Her transformation challenge was also great 😊
Thanks for the video Kate. The rose cafe bustier pattern is amazing, I used it for my wedding dress top! Daria has separate measurements for the cups and top of the bustier so you can get a really good fit.
Spot on I think well done xx
Ailsa's dress gave strong Elizabethan vibes. I loved it but Pasha deserved garment of the week; her dress was beautiful.
Great as always! Thanks Kate. With the Rachel Dress by Anna the Taylor, I can absolutely see how Pasha's bodice could be that one, but do you think she drafted the double skirt? The underskirt looked quite narrow and the overskirt was gathered, so very different from the Rachel. Any ideas anyone?
I have a super random question! my daughter loves the part of sewing bee where they show the animation of how the pattern pieces fit together. does anyone know if there are clips collected of just this part of sewing bee? she would love to watch hours of just that snippet 😊 I feel like she's not the only one and maybe someone has made clips of this! but I'm not sure how to search for it... any thoughts? thanks!
I'm obsessed with Suzy's dresses?! Any suggestion for the blue dress she wore in the last episode pleeeeaaasee 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
You may want to have a look at Sinclair Patterns Ipanema dress/top. They have a mid-year sale 25% off through 7 July at midnight (US time I think) Happy sewing.
@@laurajones4088 thank you for your message
I loved her dress also. looking for the pattern.
Suzy self drafts everything so her creations are pretty unique. I reckon it's worth following Suzy on Instagram as she might share tutorials when the show has finished 🤞
Hi kate, thank you. Will you still do the Patterns from the India week? I can't find the Nehru jacket/coat pattern,😢.
There wasnt one ..she did do Indie week. Edit actually maybe it was another channel but nobody could find an exact nehru jacket, they did find sort ofs but nothing the same
Kate didn't do a video as she was on holiday but we do have a blog post with our pattern picks for that episode: thefoldline.com/blogs/great-british-sewing-bee
xXX👍👍👍
