@yuri_moraru you should be able to do that however the clone version does not always like to play nicely when trying things like that from my personal experience
@vikramrajagopal5735 Hello, that is just a Smart controlled articulated swing arm motor as seen in this video ruclips.net/video/Tb-GoboSpPI/видео.htmlsi=Ks_1UJCBHUQt2d0j
I cannot get this thing to connect to the Aqara App. After setting it up it says it's using the Mi Home setup and asks if I want to switch but doing so fails every time! Any ideas how to make it work with Aqara App? Thanks.
It works way better with the MI app. Trying to set it up with the Aqarq app can be very frustrating, I had the same problem. Try to set it up with Apple Home Kit first. That's what I tried and until I did that it refused to connect to the Aqara app no matter what I did. Hope that helps
@gilbertkedzi with Alexa? I'm not using Alexa in this video, Google and Alexa are not supported as explained in the video. The demonstration in this video is using Apple Homekit
Hi, I’m from Colombia. First, thanks for the video. I was trying to connect the hub M1S and I got this a little because the hub finished the first process and the light was set to white color but after the app try to link device to Aqara app and it is not posible, I had to wait for a minute and the time over without link the device and I configured the app with the Chinese server to do it but it failed anyway. And other question is, How I can connect a sensor or any device with this Chinese hub if it doesn’t appear in the Aqara app? Help me please. 🙏🏽
You can try the MI Home app, Homekit etc. If the sensor is Global version sensor then it may not connect though as I have heard other people experience that problem. When buying sensors always ask the supplier if they support the Chinese server hub

If you use Aqara M1S Hub with the Aqara App, do you need a China Region Account? Or can you use any region account?
@sby2677 Hi, the account you choose to use must be set to China region or it wont work
Can you customise the sounds from the m1s hub?
Yes there are a few different sound effects that you can choose from when using it
