I can't believe you wrote this comment today! I just finished mowing my lawn (with earbuds in) listening to this episode. As I'm sure you notice you can actually hear Martin snort right after Mel says "olive oil" stifling a laugh! When Short breaks character you know he's talking to someone very funny. Of course Mel is the king. Have you watched the extended (unedited) interview with Steve Martin? Both of them are cracking each other up. It's my favorite moment. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching! Jan Hooks is one of my favorite comedic actresses; along with Carol Burnett and Madelyn Kahn. She was a true genius. She was at her very best when she worked with Martin Short and Phil Hartman. So sad two of them are gone.

Yes, you have to love the insanity. The show is so underrated and underappreciated. I think it’s Martin short’s most brilliant and fully realized project. It’s a shame they haven’t released the entire series on DVD or Blu-ray. Thanks for watching!

I know isn't that amazing! Did you notice how Martin snorts when Mel answers "olive oil"? Mel Brooks was my instructor when I discovered comedy as a kid. Once I saw The Producers I realized his genius. That's probably my favorite Jiminy interview. Thanks for watching!

I watched an interview where Martin Short said he modelled Jiminy Glick's character on "morons" that he saw on daytime TV. E.g, "what's your beef with the nazi's?" 😂 Brilliant. The stupidist most ignorant thing to say ever, very funny
