One way to reduce file sizes (in Photoshop) is to place all the layers into a single folder, then give the folder a name and put .jpg or .png after whatever you name it. Then go to File>Generate>Image Assets. It will generate a folder on your desktop called image assets with the file inside in whatever extension you choose. Thanks for the other tips.
so, when we hide those layers on the PS files, where do those extra Mbs go? I mean, the layers are still in the file, how does hiding them lower the file size?? awesome tips tho, you never disappoint ❤

You could create 2 layer comp states for the PSD. One with the layers turned on and one without also.
