A cute pattern. I would urge anyone wanting to do it as a reversible apron to sew the pocket on each piece FIRST, before joining the back to the front. In my experience, that gives a better result. I like the idea of a button where the straps join, and perhaps 2 button holes for adjusting.
I cannot thank you enough for this video! My daughter wants an apron for her birthday and now I can print the pattern tonight and sew it tomorrow and hopefully get it sent off to her on Friday! So awesome of you to provide a free pattern too!
I just found this apron on the Hey June site yesterday. If making a double-sided, reversible apron as you did, I would suggest sewing the pockets on each main apron piece first, before sewing the pattern pieces to one another. I would not trust myself to blindly get all the edges matched up on the two pockets.
Glad I read through the comments as this was going to be my suggestion as well. Good job on this project. I made this style sans the pocket many years ago with homemade contrasting bias tape. Great working apron. Marjorie
Ok. Call me stupid but I'm struggling to get the PDF pattern to work. Link just takese back to ehere you start. Then within the info, there are all kinds of highlighted words to click pn but no e take you to the PDF pattern. HELP😢😢😢
I just wanted to know if you washed the fabric first to keep it from puckering After washing it? I want to make it for a gift but wouldn’t want puckering when washed. Thanks
I know this is 7 months after you asked, but I see that no one ever answered you. So just in case you never found the link, it's under the "Subscribe" button above, in the faint grey box... click on the word "more", & the box will further expand. Under there you will see the words, "You can find the PATTERN here: " & a link there for the pattern at heyjunehanmade. God bless!😇 [9.4.2023]
Happy NEW YEAR !!! 2023 already…. Thanks for the link to the free pattern site🙏🏻🙏🏻. I like that you showed us how to make it reversible . 👍 Will add this in my sewing projects for late spring , summer to make for myself .if it turns out good then it’s on the birthday list for women in the family. The challenge for me is to figure out sizing. I may have to measure and not have the gift as a surprise gift. Thanks again!
Can u please turn your volume up I have my volume the whole way up and I hardly can hear u thank u and I’m going to try to make this pattern hopefully it will turn out as nice has yours
I have spent the past 20 minutes trying to find a downloadable pdf for this apron. I wish RUclipsrs wouldn't direct viewers to a site that goes nowhere. 😥
Finally... Under 'Available Downloads' Allspice Apron Print at Home This will take you to the pdf pattern When you print it, make sure you print 'actual size' to ensure the proper pattern dimensions.
Salve ho visto ora il tuo grembiule fantastico che mi piace moltissimo ma non riesco a capire come posso scaricare il cartamodello mi può aiutare per gentilezza grazie. Molto molto brava.

That’s a great point! Thanks so much for sharing. It was an oversight on my part 🤣😅 but luckily worked out well!
Good lesson. Practical apron. Wear on both sides.
You can place pockets on the sides of the apron.
Yes its a great pattern! I love that it’s free!

Super cute and great idea to do reversible!
Thank you! I love making reversible things! 😊
Love it! I would like to suggest sewing a cute button where you sew the shoulders, I think it would look cuter
That would look so cute!! Great idea!
Can you please tell where you got the sewing cupboard behind you, I have a limited space and that would work great thanks so much.
I got this one from Create Room! They have really great storage options.
I just wanted to know if you washed the fabric first to keep it from puckering After washing it? I want to make it for a gift but wouldn’t want puckering when washed. Thanks
I would pre wash the fabric before sewing with it to avoid any issues later on!
I really enjoyed your pattern but cant find where or how to print it. All i see are the written instructions but nowhere shows how to print it, Help!
Get a pencil and paper and write it down. 🤦♀️
I am not seeing the pdf pattern anywhere.

So sorry I missed this comment, hope you were able to find it with the help of this other comment! Thanks for watching!
I’m looking for the “more” button after I subscribed. I see “Read More” and that didn’t work. I’m lost. 😢
@@mcsmama It wouldn't even let me subscribe. So disappointed.
Thank you for the tutorial. Is the pattern no longer available? The link keeps taking me back to the same page and I don’t see the link.
LOVE IT❣️Simple, Quick and Easy❣️🥰

Just located this video. I must watch again because I missed sewing of crisscross strap layers and how bottom of crisscross straps are attached.
