I don’t know if the taho mens are still up and running but definitely recommend that if you hear someone yelling out “TAHO!!!” Early in the morning definitely go out and find them one thing I miss so much in the Philippines. It’s warm soft silken tofu with this sweet syrup (sometimes you can get them in different flavours) and tapioca balls, sooo good
You know Dalena didn’t enjoy it as much because she didn’t do her happy dance while eating at the first restaurant. Thank you for sharing your adventures.

Hi Chonny and Dalena!! I'm a big fan of your travel vids, but please don't encourage foreigners traveling to the PH (or to any other developing country) to haggle with sellers- especially when these travelers are fortunate/wealthy enough to afford the full-priced items. 65 peso to 50 peso may not seem like a huge difference to you, but for them it may make a world of difference. Please consider this in your future travels! Much love :)
It was bad that you were not able to explore that much in Chinatown because there were a lot of good food there. The one you went was not that known restaurant. I hope you get to try more in that area :) same with the Dampa adventure you had it was pretty late. Welcome to the philippines! So happy that you both are here :)
PORK ADOBO - It is a dish composed of pork slices cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. There are version wherein onions are also added. Adobo is a popular dish in the Philippines, along with Sinigang.
Crispy Pata or crispy pork leg is a popular Filipino pork dish. This dish can be eaten as a main dish along with rice and atcharang papaya. People also consume it as beer food or pulutan. It is best when dipped in a spicy vinegar mixture.
Great seeing you here in the Philippines … traveling tip … cash is king in the Philippines … most transaction is done in cash … so remember to bring a lot of change … 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 & 1000 pesos … 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
You could've tried Wai Ying's instead of Ying Ying's. It so much better! Also can't wait for your Jollibee video 😃 Hoping you'll get the ones that just got out of the fryer lol
Hi guys! I recommend going to Bahay Kawayan Restaurant in Taytay Rizal, it's where you can taste authentic Filipino Food, more authentic than Manam in my opinion. Also there's the famous clothing market nearby where you can shop great clothes for cheap! You can Grab your way there! Have fun in PH!
I hope you can go to family Owned businesses that specialise in certain dishes!! 😁 the commercial ones are nice too but if you go to the family owned ones it’s usually made fresh right away
22:58 I often experience this situation and its still pretty disappointing, (even I, as a Filipino) when ur really excited to order out foods at a 24hour fast food chain but like everything’s almost unavailable. not just at night but sometimes during the day, most of their menus are unavailable. :(
LOL The KFC Story.. my BF and I did the exact same thing when we asked our uber driver to take us to McDonald's and go through the drive-thru and take us back to our airbnb!
