See. I think we can all agree that playing the size game has messed up a lot of these bodybuilders. Roelly look fvcking diced in that footage. Just needed to work on muscle maturity, what he could have without adding size, and blow his stomach

This was Roelly's pro debut and he finished 7th. He qualified as pro the year before by winning the Arnold Classic Amateurs.

I theorize its either nerve damage or the fact that once you get in crazy condition genetic weak points tend to fade away.
To be fair Jay never really had lower lats anyway while Ramy had a decent set of lats

It's true. That mid-section has gotten a bit out of control. Same seems to be true for a quite a few competitors.
