He might well be the most important Australian when his life, what he contributed and how famous he is are considered. I bet he will eventually move to be a major officially recognized national figure.
He is the equivalent of Davy Crocket, General LaFayette and Jean Jacques Cousteau in one person.

The biggest HERO I looked up to my entire life!.... When Channel 7 used to advertise a "Malcolm Douglas special" on a Saturday night in the 80's- you bet I watched it!!!!.... What I would do to live the life he had!!!!

These are great to watch i like the pre 1980 films best ,Malcom was smart and as the year went past he became more PG with it as he had to thats why the old stuff is best the true story

$150,000 for a necklace is good money, ESPECIALLY when this was shot in the 1980s

210223 When I was a boy, I admired The Phantom.. Now I am a man, I admire Malcolm Douglas. I was devasted the day I opened the video telling of Malcom's death. How on earth could this have happened? Now I am watching everybody fall off their perch, I still don't understand how Malcolm could have allowed this mistake to happen. I hope Valerie is copeing OK.

LOL, the gods must be crazy just came out ! How much has Broome changed, and not for the best. Its like its the Byraon Bay of WA but ten times the price....so expensive.

Totally agree. I was there in the late 90's. Went back in 2020 and was deeply disturbed by the changes.

How ironic that the lazier workers were the ones that would have survived, I think it's a lesson we can learn from though. Don't be too greedy

08:10 indentured means a paper trail super simple to observe the underpinnings of racial discrimination and where exceptions were made. 10:31 just about sums up IKEA and Big W excepting the furniture.
