Yep. I call this "lazy lasagna" 👍👍 just don't overcook the tortellini. Boling them first makes them mushy so i just add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of stock to my sauce and let them fully cook in the oven. They will absorb all the liquid from the sauce. Because they only need to be boiled for 3 mins, boiling them and then going in the oven for at least 25 mins is overkill on the pasta
