This is such a great video Jerry. I love how close your camera gets and how detailed you are. I just purchased a Babylock Venture and multi needle machines are completely new to me. You are helping me so much already! I saw some other requests for showing how to oil our machines and I have the same request as I don’t feel like I’m doing it right. Thank you for your educational videos. They are very helpful.
So detailed, nice and up close. I also love your videos specially because I just got my multi needle used. and the lady showed me but sometimes we forget the details. You give me confidence.
Hi do you have a video on how to oil your bobbin section? The ones I am seeing online are too blurry to see close up on the steps and exactly where to place that one drop of oil I feel like I am doing it wrong.
If you press a little harder on the bobbin holder you will hear it "snap" into place. Place your thumb in the middle and press until it snaps, I think thats the "click" they were referring to!
This is a great video. Thank you. Can you recommend a specific cardboard bobbin for the Valiant? I'm pretty sure it's Type L, but I've been having a hard time getting a cardboard or paper prewound bobbin in that size. Thank you!
Great idea! Just a couple thoughts before I have a chance to make a video...when you receive that message, places to check: bobbin (are you out of bobbin?); bobbin (there may be debris in the bobbin case that is preventing the bobbin thread from coming out smoothly); bobbin (the tail might be too short, maybe because of the item listed above); thread path (I have noticed that on occasion, my thread will come out from one side of a thread guide - it will cause the tension to be off ever-so-slightly, so it will cause the message); and another odd one I have had, if the thread becomes wrapped around itself or perhaps under the thread spool, it will create incorrect tension and you will receive the message.
Thank you for the instruction, I was struggling
Glad it helped!
This was awesome!! Just picked up my Babylock Venture yesterday and this was very helpful. There isn't much informational content on the 10 needles!!
Glad it was helpful! Enjoy your new Venture! :-)

You are so welcome! :-)
There is a definite click on my Babylock Venture to confirm the proper seating of the bobbin ..maybe a new feature, but the click is there.
I love your videos. So very helpful. Do you happen to have one on oiling the Valiant?
Thx for taking time to make this video
Would you please share links to where to purchase those bobbins? Also needles please?

Great idea! I will add it to my list of ideas.

Hi Alison! I purchase my bobbins from Metro Thread and they work great.

@@mancaveembroidery Thanks Jerry!
You don't hear the click because you are holding the handle out & so it's not clicking because there is no pressure :) I hear the click everytime :)
Do you think you could talk about the message that appears on the screen "check upper and bobbin thread". I am having problems with this.
