    Volador ftw! I haven't tried the DC version but the X frame version has been my daily driver for the past couple of months. Well done dude!

      I appreciate that, yeah I have five different frames I've been using myself but the volador 2 vx5 is my main bird followed up by my syncemode, Oily Rig, Grl pro 2 and Apex. All great frames, but have been favoring my Vx5 for the hard-core bashing. Super good frame for the money

    Great video and extremely useful... thanks. How much flight time do you get out of those low capacity packs? I use those on a 5inch and get maybe 4 mins. These can't last very long on a 6 inch with those motors?

    Frame will be coming in the mail in few days, looking forward to build this one. I see you have GPS at the front, did you have any trouble with it at the back? Where did you get the file for the holder?

    • @DRONEPOISON
      @DRONEPOISON  4 месяца назад +1

      I did have issue's getting lock on the rear, and made a custom file myself for the front. You might be fine though with og holder in the back, the gps I used was messed up. Think I got a bad one.

    What’s the total cost for everything

    • @DRONEPOISON
      @DRONEPOISON  Год назад

      Like 600 or so depending on where and when you buy the parts.

  • @Slv-
    @Slv- 3 месяца назад

    How much was full build cost with and without o3 air

    • @DRONEPOISON
      @DRONEPOISON  3 месяца назад

      Really depends on what your final setup is going to be, but parts alone for this without 03 where upwards of 350 roughly, with 03 was 570 but they are cheaper now so roughly 530

      @@DRONEPOISON I have flywoo explore lr4 3.5 inch frame is it ok if I put bigger motors and 5 inch frame or no

    • @Slv-
      @Slv- 3 месяца назад

      Buy this frame with these motors and rather than using 4s use 6s

    • @DRONEPOISON
      @DRONEPOISON  3 месяца назад +1

      I'm not sure if the flywoo is 6s capable but, if so yeah you could just use those electronics with new motors and frame and swap to 6s. This frame is made for 6 inch props but can run 5, 5.5, or 6 if you use the affiliate link in description and 5%Greg on checkout it will save you a few bucks. I think the flyfish frames are great. Their are 5 in flyfish frames aswell if the 6 is to big. Best of luck

    • @DRONEPOISON
      @DRONEPOISON  19 дней назад

      Wasn't sealed anyways as motor solder joints and all where not coated, and I would never trust the stock coating. I would rather make sure there are no tiny solder blobs that could short fetts or controllers, and coat it properly if I was too. I do not conformal coat, myself. Fc wasn't conformal coated neither was jst connectors or 03 air unit. But hope you enjoyed the build.

    I was going to delete you cause I hate when FPV people promote stuff they never use everyday. But it does have 6mm arms so I will give you points on that. As any frame with 6mm arms or greater says that it is meant to last the many many many crashes we will experience. Do you have time flying this frame?
    I just see a frame as just that....nothing new has come out the last 3 years or so I've been flying...except special spots for the 03 air unit.
    IDK do you have videos of you flying this and crashing? I just think before you say perfect you have to have lots of content to back this up.
    sorry it's 3am and I woke up from a few hours of sleep as I do every night....then i see stuff like this and it makes me sick lol
    BLA! I'm never in a good mood right now..need caffeine my head hurts! lol ahahahah

      Feel free to delete me if you must over my title, it was just that a title! Overall its a build video for those cats that want to build a bad ass 6 in and help guide them through the process of the build. Flyfishrc in general make some of the toughest frames I've ever flown. This quad has stood the test of time and is currently getting flown daily buy my buddy Eric who is new pilot and a friend of mine in my neighborhood and loves the crap out of this drone as most ff pilots do. I built and tuned this quad with the same components I run, the one issue I ran into was the ff gps was not functioning properly and I would not recommend it. The quad has been crashed many of times a few from me when testing gps rescue as there where issues with the gps module. My buddy has crashed this quad too many times to count as a brand new pilot and even lost it in a field for a few days. This quad was built like what 6 months ago or something like that and he just saw my wife at the Chinese restaurant last night and was bragging about how much he loves it and how good he has gotten with it, that warms my heart. I'm his quad repair guy as he knows nothing about how to fix them and I have yet to have to fix one thing on this quad to date, no broken arms, motors, or electrical components as the thing just rips and can take all the abuse of even a new pilot learning. I stand behind things I promote on my channel the vd6 and vx5 are some of the toughest well built frames out with a price most can not beat, prove me wrong! I make content to help others pilots out there and get new pilots in the air, what do you do? My main bird is a FF volador vx5 along with a syncmode, Oily Rig, grl titanium pro 2 and an og apex every quad I have is rocking ff flash 2406 1950kv motors as they are some of the best at the price and hard to beat, I've flown lots of motors T motor f80 2200kv being my second favorite, but too costly. I test and fly a lot of stuff on the side as well and state my opinion on these items. Like I recently did the cnhl video on the 1350 150c 6s pizza lipo which honestly changed my view on cnhl as a whole. Also I did the orca 5, which I have yet to do a final review on for a reason, as it stands I wouldn't waste my money until changes are made, which due to my input are being made. My name is Drone Poison cause I kill drones. I have integrity and the respect of those that know me and fly with me, that's all that matters. I wish you the best either way, maybe do something nice for someone today instead of being so negative.
