Capri Coast have Light Isacryl 260 g/m2 side canvas. But this one which is Capri North have regular Isacryl 295 g/m2 side canvas. Only the roof is different in Capri models than the other Isabella Awning Roofs which is Isaroof light 240 g/m2.

Can you drop/fold down the front windows to give ventilation if required?
Yes. They offer veranda poles in most of their poles awnings 😊
