- As one of a few birthday gifts to my self, I bought Burberry Her Elixir. I already have the original and it will always be a repurchase for me. But I wanted to see if the flanker lives up to the hype. I haven't seen anyone say anything bad about this perfume, but you know that means absolutely nothing.

I bought 1oz Burberry Her elixir sept 6 and I loved it right away. I’ve been wearing it a lot in September and I shine a flash light behind it to see the level and I put a HUGE dent in it. It’s sooo good. Strawberries and cream ❤
I’m trying to stop myself but it’s such an easy reach. So glad I got the big bottle 😂😂😂

Great review!! I’m so glad I held out to purchase Elixir. The EDP was too soft/airy for me and the Intense sold out before I could purchase it. I was able to smell it and it was nice, but Elixir is my favorite. Will try layering it with Bath & Body Works Buttercups and Berry Bellini shower gel and body cream 🍓🍨

I felt the same way about the original Burberry her when I first got it. Picked it up from Sephora to test in the 1.7oz and was like seriously 😒 and then 6 months later I LOVED it and now I own a 3.4 and would repurchase Lmao

I'm glad I'm not the only one this happened to 😂 This really makes me think that Burberry Her is one of the ones you have to let sit and marinate for a little bit to really love it. Wow! I had the exact same feelings about Burberry her when I first got it. I did not like it much. It sat for close to a year before I picked it up again and I love it now, but I prefer the intense more.
I'm so glad I wasn't the only one with this experience. I legit thought I was crazy 😂😂 This elixir is the first flanker I have of Burberry her but I feel like I've been missing out. 😂 So I might have to explore some of the other ones!

Based on the notes in blossom and the edit version it didnt seem like something I needed in my collection. How does it compare to the OG in your opinion?

I wanna smell it so bad!! The original was also my first perfume but I loved her from day one 🫶 I got a sample from somewhere and sprayed it on my coat, it lasted sooo long and I was never into buying perfume before bc I didn’t see the point in spending so much money but that fragrance changed me. I now have problems with its longevity, it lasts well on clothes but my skin eats it up so fast 😭 I rlly wanna try the elixir, all the reviews look promising, I hope it lasts long!!
I’ve definitely experienced that with a fragrance before on my skin. Try pairing with a perfume oil to help with lasting. Also make sure you’re not keeping the perfume in a lot of Sun/heat and not in a damp area. So like the bathroom or in the car are both bad places for a fragrance. I wore it once so far and I got a compliment but I still need to experiment some more to see what it’s really like! I think it’s worth at least getting a sample though! Thanks for watching! ♥️♥️
