Brutus gets tailgate lights!

In this episode we add some work lights to Brutus' multi-pro tailgate! Brutus is our 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 2500HD pickup, and we thought we would add some led work lights right into the multi-pro tailgate!

After pulling the red pin, ( the red pin can’t go any further) how do you get it to release? How far does the red pin go? It feels locked in there

@@bre1izeI can tell your from when I installed mine unplugging the plug from that little light on the tailgate was the hardest part. You have to push the red pin down down to unlock it, but the connector is just really snug, even when the pin in unlocked. I couldn’t get my fat fingers in there to get a good grip and pull it loose, since you are having to pull towards metal. I finally used a pair of needle nose pliers to pull it away from the plug and get it unplugged. After that, I was done in a few minutes.
