For you or anyone else looking for an idea for the monthly. I learned about this from another RUclips video so I can’t take credit. You can use your monthly to write down one thing you “did right” for your health/wellness. So much of health/wellness is about what you’re not doing; I wanted a place to celebrate what I’m doing well. So I ate some veggies instead of a cupcake or I exercised a little longer than normal. Just something for a nice ego boost.

We are on the same page! I also am using a week sized planner for my health journey this year. I did pick up the N2 from Sterling Ink. Thankfully I am on the other side of menopause. Trust me this too shall pass! I love all your ideas. A few things that I will also be doing is on my monthly's I am going to track my weight on Sunday's and my steps during the week. In the weekly sections I will be tracking my food and how I feel. I have found that since starting to pay attention to what I am eating and feeling certain food can cause swelling and water weight gain. That's a big one for me. I am also paying attention to foods that can heal or harm arthritis symptoms. Looking forward to following along with all your planning/journaling next year! ~ Kay

I had planned to do the same thing. I bought two Weeks this year and one is specifically for meal planning and health and wellness. Also mental health. LOVE your videos! And girrrllll the menopause! YES!!! I am right there with you!!! Love that idea! Might make a menopause symptoms tracker.

I’ll be using a Weeks for my health planner this upcoming year as well. I’m technically already in it and it’s been really helpful with tracking my symptoms and how I’m feeling on the daily.

I love this, I like the idea of adding meal ideas etc in. I’m using a Kinbor weeks for a health planner. I have daily steps and movement tracked on the weekly pages. I’m also perimenopausal and on HRT for the last 2 years. I’ve noticed a link with symptoms, foods and movement. I ended up giving up alcohol nearly 500 days ago, as I realised that was a huge factor in exasperating symptoms.

I’ll be using a Kinbor weeks for my health and wellness planner , this will be my first year using a planner for this so hopefully I can stick to it for the full year!

This is a great idea. I have a budgeting journal a6 hobonichi but not alot a space for health and well-being. I sorta struggled with the weeks size. You inspire to try again with a well-being journal by itself. Not sure which to use. Might gives a Weeks another shot😅

I am such a fan of your videos and get so many ideas from you. Thank you for sharing the menopause symptoms page. The pages that I use most consistently in my health planner are quarterly overview pages to track sick days. I got this idea from Rana Plans a few years ago. The quarterly overviews that I use have 3 monthly calendars on one half of each page and ruled lines next to each calendar. When I or the kids are sick, I highlight the days (using different colors for each person) and make notes on the adjacent lines to describe our symptoms. I go back and forth between a personal sized (aka Levenger compact size) and half-letter discbound. This gives me the flexibility to add and remove pages as needed.

I am using the monthly pages to track the days I eat dessert or eat out, docs appointments and step tracking. I am using the HON A6 page a day to track meals abd timings, exercise record, water intake and medications. I have an additional Weekly insert - not sure yet what I will use that for. Iight use it to do the grocery list. Open yo suggestions! ❤ Nice video, thank you! I like your videos. They are short and to the point.

The top of the yearly I am going to track my weight. I am going to weigh myself either every Monday or Friday and record it there. My health threw me a curve ball and finally found the weeks is my best planner for health

Thanks for sharing your tips. I’ll be using the space on the bottom of the monthly for theme’s…as I kick off January 2025 ‘l’ll put fun facts about either: ( fruit, veggies, protein, water, exercise, mental health, etc). This will remind me the importance through research, knowledge, and the benefits that come from this topic. ❤😊👍

First Annie I love your videos!! I get so much inspiration from them!!! So health and wellness have been really big for me. I am trying to keep everything in my cousin for 2025.
I track my step count on the overview that shows the months and dates listed below. The top part I track what the Apple Watch challenge is for the month. At the bottom I track my starting weight and ending weight
My monthly overview is for my gratitude
Weekly I track work hours all my meds any appointments and my food log
Daily is my running to go list my activity stats from my Apple Watch and then memories and how my day was.
I also have a weekly weight tracker in the back and one of the odd ball pages is where I keep my Tombow that I have swatched.
I really wish that the cousin had a few more notes pages cause I would really like to keep everything in one book….

I have a regular notebook with page numbers. So i take note of all doctor appointments and dates of procedures or lab tests made by whole family and i make index pages so i can get pack to certain doctor appointments quickly. It has been useful. It also has a directory of our doctors
But i think i will also add healthy meal ideas
A suggestion for another tracker is meds...

I shared a video recently about my wellness planner decision for 2025. I’d planned on using the PAL planner which I think is great for wellness. But I think my A6 planner is perfect for wellness so I might be using my planner instead. And that’s exciting.

Yay, firsties! I got sterling ink n1. Mine will be on the go all the time but it's what works for me best for health things like tracking workouts, doc visits, and menu/grocery items as well.
And for me, its all about the workouts. I use the yearly to track overall how often I do weights, and for weeklies, I write more specifically what I do: time, the reps, pounds of the weights I use, the body parts worked, etc.

I've been in menopause for 18 years now, doctor said the years before were pre-menopause. Hang in there. I use a Kinbor A5 daily for health. But I keep a weeks in my hand bag for appointments, prescriptions to pick up, etc. This is also edc for calendar, bank ledger and shopping. You might like to try the Hobinichi thin notebooks. 3 come in a pack in Weeks and A5 sizes. I list all my health care professionals' info, emergency contacts, and master shopping lists in these. I tuck them in the vinyl Weeks cover, so I don't have to re-write the info every year.

The things no one tells you about menopause is crazy! I added a health section to my personal wide rings for 2025. I’ll be tracking mood, energy level, exercise and food. Loved seeing your master grocery list; I also have one and use it as a trigger list too. 😊 Hang in there with menopause - we only have another 20 years 😂

When I was a WW member I enjoyed doing the weekly STAR goals. The monthly pages would be a good place to keep those, maybe as a list or tracker.

I will need a separate health planner for 2025 onwards. Since it is the most flexible I think of using a ring binder (can make my own inserts), not sure about the size yet.
I track the intake of meds, blood pressure, keep a food log, log my activities and workouts, and journal daily about my physical and mental health.

At the moment, I keep everything on my phone. I track weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, cycle, etc. I also have a food diary on my phone. And, I use my calendar and my notes apps. I want to keep all this information in one place, a planner.

I'm going to be using a Bloom Planner. They have one for "Chronic illness" that is really well thought out for tracking wellness, whether you struggle with a serious illness or not. I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the paper, but happy with the design. This is the first time I'm going to be tracking healthy outside of my main planner. I'm not sure how I'm going to like having 2 planners.
