- Do you believe in the tooth fairy still? Unicorns and Santa Claus?
I wish they existed, that would be really nice. Sadly they don’t. In the world of injections we see the same people still dreaming good intentions, and most of them are talented but are really stretching the imagination a bit too much.
Join me and learn about the common misconceptions and risks associated with nasal filler, and gain valuable insights on the importance of choosing a skilled professional with the proper mindset and realistic idea of what a natural and balanced facial balance should be.
Here are a few things I’ve seen that others may not have noticed. Our realities are all different and depend on our insight and experience.

Thank you doc and to the brave guinea pig for the demo. 😊 As always, learnt loads. 🙂 Wish you were in Europe instead.
oh my gosh. i had the russian technique done over a year ago - and my lips still look like they're strangely FLIPPED UP
a story with blindness, what you shared in some video ,was really appalling..did the lady go blind immediately in the doctor's office? were the changes visible on the skin? or was she in pain? or did she feel nothing and just go blind? .. How is the solvent injected? does the affected vessel have to be affected again or is it enough to simply inject into the subcutaneous tissue? I still don't understand and no one talks about it
Question… do you ever use hyaluronidase to break up lip lumps on the inside (submucosa if I understand correctly)?
i’m a barber and my client was getting fillers from mexico and he looked so botched. he was paying $180 a syringe 😭 i thought my old filler was lumpy but omg it looked like cement in his face 😭😭😭 nice guy tho
Your explanation makes total sense to me. I used to think you could basically sculpt your face with fillers. Nope! Learned it the hard way. I wished I had seen your video 15 years ago.😢
