That cottage looks as though fairies live nearby. My goodness, the beautiful doors! As a Midwest (U.S.) girl those types of dwellings only exist in books and movies. Thanks to everyone there for sharing your day with all of us. Very generous of you. Especially the hostess and her lovely cottage.

Thanks, Judy - I think the main change is wearing my DYT type 1 colour clothes...makes me look less washed out 😊 But Carol gifted me DYT make up when she visited in June and I am wearing that 😀

I have not taken the "test" but I strongly suspect I could be a 1/4 as well. I LOVE LOVE LOVE polka dots! And I find myself choosing more blue...thanks for a great video! Yes!! I struggle so much with finding the brighter T1 colors. So much of the thrift shops here ( and even the stores) have all of the dreary, dulled, dark, and warm colors of a T 2,3, and 4. Especially when fall arrives, gone are the happy bright T1 colors. It's a tough search, but worth looking. That velvety brighter blue find of yours is perfect for us T1's. You are so helpful for my style confirmation😉😊

We have metal roofs and entire buildings of steel here to reduce danger of fire. I have loved the thatched since a little girl. We have plenty of chaps here plus gaitors to get through deep snow. I make a lot of quiches and fruit tarts here, so the tins are very familiar. Congrats on the running! Alan and I watched a silly Hallmark Christmas movie at home for date night.

Hey Diane. Someone suggested on Lifestyle that I laminate my DYT Style cards to keep them nice which I have.
30 min run 3x weekly? Go YOU! I learned it run using that program now I run doing intervals by Jeff Galloway‘s program. I have a 5K tomorrow for,our city... This year I’ll be walking it as I broke my shoulder and pulled a tendon in August. But is soon as I’m given the go ahead to start running I will do it again.

What a lovely video in so many ways. Have been subscribed for a few months now and really enjoy watching your videos. Found you through Flylady but love watching your other types of videos and finding out a bit about another country, it's culture and traditions. What a beautiful house btw!
I'm also being a bit nosey but trying to work out in the background behind the sink you have a glass with something standing in it, I hope you don't mind me asking what is it? Is it a washing up brush? I am trying to work out what to do with my washing up brush after I've finished with it, I don't like putting in with the washed up cutlery stand and am trying to find a solution that doesn't take up too much space and is not obtrusive. Thank you for putting out your inspiring videos.
Hi Jacqui! It's actually a drinking glass which is right in front of my sink caddy. My sink caddy contains my dishbrush, washing up liquid and kitchen cleaning spray. You can see it in this video 😀 ruclips.net/video/4CG6yt9fgWk/видео.html

Vibeke's salad? If I remember correctly it was finely shredded cabbage, chopped walnuts, simple dressing, some cheese, topped with rose petals from her garden.

Thanks, Penny - foundation is from No 7, rest of my make up is from DYT. Carol Tuttle gifted me DYT make up when she visited in June and I am loving it 😊

Ladies, LOVE the video and seeing your friend, but PLEASE, Diane, wear seat belts! Not being negative or critical, but I work in an industry where you see what happens if you don't.

We ARE wearing seat belts! ALWAYS!
Do you know people who don't? Everyone in Europe wears seat belts. Cars here have inbuilt alarm systems so a bell goes off if you aren't wearing them 😄🔈🔉🔊🚗🚗🚗
They ARE wearing seatbelts...I can see them clearly. Maybe the seatbelt just blended in too much with Vibeke's outfit for you to notice.
Gosh, thanks for starting this fascinating thread, Pam! 🖐😊 Who knew road safety was so different around the globe?! You're in the US, right? In Denmark the driver of the vehicle is responsible for making sure any/all passengers are "buckled up" - with a fine of "penalty points" on your driving licence if you don't adhere. So it's second nature for us👍
