Her music has helped me through the most hardest times of my life. I went through a lot of self hatred, depression, substance abuse, & moments where I seriously felt like.. well.. y’know. The raw emotion from Jvne’s music made me feel like I wasn’t alone. It was strangely comforting despite it’s depressive tone. Even now, after going through a massive breakup with my ex fiancé that happened this year in February, it’s helped me so much. Her & Goodbye break me the most & never fails to make me break down & cry. Losing someone you loved so much with all your life, only for that person to be.. gone, is heart-wrenching to the core. I did have to take a break from listening to those two tracks specifically as it reminded me of what I lost. Thankfully I’m in a much better headspace now than what I was before, but every now & then those memories pop up here & there. Of course, all I can do is keep pushing forward because life does go on. I can only imagine though just how Jvne felt when losing Angel. we had good times together, don’t forget that isn’t just an album. It’s a beautiful & devastating work of art. There’s speculation that AgonyOST is Jvne, just producing music more professionally. Whether that’s true or not, AgonyOST is the closest to Jvne’s music I’ve ever felt & I’m all here for it. And I look forward to what they have in store. Really dope video dude, I’m glad people are still talking about Jvne’s music to this day as it shows just how much of an impact her music has had on a majority of us.
