  • AZBADAM, the largest almond producer in Azerbaijan and the proprietor of the first and the only almond processing plant in the region, extends its cordial and sincere welcome. Since its establishment, AZBADAM has chosen to operate solely under the premise of quality products and environment-friendly operations to supply a largely dependent on imports domestic market with local products and export the processed almonds procured from various producers. The young, professional, and energetic team is confidently moving towards this goal!
AZBADAM focuses on the processing and selling of products from its own orchards and other almond orchards in the country. The high-quality almonds grown in our 427-hectare orchards are cultivated in accordance with the requirements of the GLOBAL GAP certificate, then undergo full cycle in a processing plant designed under the provisions of the ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 certificate, and are finally made ready for sale.
The care for almond trees in our orchards is carried out in accordance with the microclimate of the crop location. The applied smart crop monitoring systems control the cultivation of the plants and support our agronomists to ensure effective irrigation, fertilization, and integrated pest management. To grow a quality product, we first measure and then apply.
    Almond hulling,
    shelling & processing
The almond processing plant was built and commissioned in a short time. The cooperation with Borrell Group, a Spanish manufacturer of almond processing equipment, is a prime example of the importance we attach to our work.
At our plant, almonds are first cleaned of debris, then moistened to be hulled, further shelled into the kernel, sorted, and after drying, arranged into varieties of 5 different calibers, and packaged for sale. Equipped with the most cutting-edge equipment, our almond processing plant has an annual processing capacity of 2000 tons of almond kernels. This allows to supply the local market fully and likewise enables to design an export-oriented sales strategy.

But the almonds contain phytic acid. Which does not let our digestive system to absorb 90% of the nutrients in almonds. But if you have to eat it with atleast half of it's nutrient value, you have to germinate/sprout it. And that takes almost a week. So dont eat nuts.

And your Lord inspired the bee: "You should make your nest in the mountains and in the trees, and also in the buildings built by humans (68). Then eat from all kinds of flowers and fruits ( which you like), and follow the ways of the rules of your Lord that He inspired and made easy for you". (With that) will come out of his body a drink (honey) of different colors, which contains cures for people (from various diseases). Indeed, in such a thing, there is a sign (which proves God's mercy) for those who want to think (69).
And God brought you out of your mother's womb without knowing anything; and he gave you hearing and sight and a heart of understanding); so that you are grateful. (78). Do they not notice the birds that are facilitated to fly in the sky? No one can hold them back (from falling) except Allah; verily in that, there are signs (that prove God's power) for the people who believe. (79). And God made for you the houses (that you built) to live in; and He made for you from the skins of cattle: tents (shelters), which you find light (to carry everywhere) when you wander and when you stop; and (He also made for you) from all kinds of furs of the livestock, various household items and ornaments, (for you to use them) until a certain time. (80) And God made for you some of what He created: things to shelter, and He made for you some of the mountains shelters; and He also made for you clothes that protect you from heat and cold, also clothes that protect you while fighting. Thus, He completes His favor to you, so that you surrender to Him and obey His commands. (82)

There is far Better way to handle almond is here in our kashmir (jammu and kashmir, India) where we saparate the almonds in enormous varieties. You are doing this with cutter machine one you pluck from the tree but here we saparate it in different quantities like some almonds are hard shelled n some have soft also different shells have different taste. I can recommend you should saparate one tree of almond from another, shouldn't mix them up.
Machine is good and much progressive but there is irrationality there in machine. We feel that with the help of machine it become easier but at last it become hactic to saparate one kind of almond from another.
    Hope i am done
