For infectious smile, the safe place was a safe place for a team named smilers. Smilers grabs humans to infect them to smile, and humans have to use weapons the stay safe, thats the point of the game, even though the genre is horror. Because of the safespot, 70% of the fights in the map would occur at the smile safe spot and no where else, hence why the devs had removed the safe place.
r15 is way more broken, i found a glitch that lets you go like 10x as fast as everyone else and i also found another one that makes you fling 400 studs into the air

In tower defense simulator if you use the comeback emote and time it correctly you can clip out of bounds and even climb the map in some lobbies. There was also an easter egg where if you become size small with the play rescale gamepass and use the frozen emote you could clip out in some spots of the map and end up in the backrooms which is below the map
Hole in the wall still has a way to glitch out, when you can go on the playing field, go to the back, use tab glitch, and when you think the next round started, stop tabbing. (may take multiple attempts)
I played an obby one time and accidentally glitched outside of the map, revealing test sprites and other assets used in the obby. This was completely on accident and happened when I joined, I didn't even do it on purpose.

My favorite glitch is to go into hide and seek extreme with a friend and find a tall place that the seeker cant get too. Then one stands on top of the others head flush with the wall (there cant be a roof over the object your trying to get on top of) and the person on the bottom moves out from under the person and jumps on top of their head and both of you jump... you basically just can keep jumping forever as long as you dont move out from under the person :) i love it when the seeker comes and spends the rest of the time trying to figure out how we got up there, its so funny
