@@noproblemcha7240 first, get your script done. When you don't want to work on that, do the character designs. Step away for a few weeks, and start re-doing character designs and editing script. After that, you need to decide if you want a 2d or 3d. If it's 2d, will it be free-hand or rigged? There's a lot to consider. After you do that, you'll need to make at least a front, back, side 1 and side 2 model if you're doing a 2D rigged show. As you do that, You can start findibbg Voice Actors. (These will keep you accountable for the series' production.) This is assuming you're doing it solo. If you're doing it with a company, forget everything I just said. They'll tell you what to do. I'm currently working on an animated movie, and a PMV series. (A PMV is quicker). Both are still in early development, so take this with a heap of salt.
Its brilliant that you have done this. A great educational video. So many people dont understand or taught the animation pipeline, even when they work on a gig, they will come in and out and have no idea how the sausage is made.
I appreciate the genuine insight into the process, and not the usual dumbed down "we draw the pictures and the animator magic makes them move" kinda thing. So thanks for this!

It should be noted that every production has its own pipeline. Like the design being split into linework and color: A lot of design teams do both simultaneously. Also the part where she says that shows that are done in Toon Boom Harmony require the characters to have rigs. That's not at all true. You can just as well use Harmony to make completely traditional frame-by-frame animation.

Western animation generally uses Toon Boom Harmony. Anime and other shows based in the east generally use Clip Studio Paint or TVPaint

Lol, so how to make animation...well we send it to the vendor and then they send the animation back to us...that's it!! Easy peasy!!
Its not easy they send it overseas because its cheaper one episode still takes 9 months to make so they make 20 at once.
