Superman - from the DCEU of course - taking on Metro Man, going up against Omni-Man, and rounding out with Homelander. So in a four way fight between these gods among men - who’s ultimately coming out on top? Well let’s get into it!

You seem to forget the fact that it seems to stop for him. But for something faster than him like omniman, metro man would be frozen in time for omnimans speed
@Dwightlockerhumper The issue is the fact that Megamind, while on ships going ftl, was still able to see metroman's ship and perceive metro man's actions inside of it. However, he was unable to percieve that metroman had moved when he was moving fast. No matter how fast Omniman is, I doubt that he could outspeed someone who goes fast enough that someone who can perceive things at ftl wouldn't be able to see he was moving at all.

I imagine this scenario: Meanwhile Homelander and Omniman tries to defeat Sups and Metroman, Homelander is the first to be beaten because his selfconfidence, Omniman figth with all his streng but Superman and Metroman are in other leagues, and then when there just Sups and Metro they talk about justice and become friends, and even Kal can make Metro reconsider his retirment or suppor him.

Metro man is a parody of Superman. His character is built around being Superman, but without weaknesses. So no. Metro man wins, according to their universal logic.

You mean, aside for Superman because Superman is the face of DC and you know it's a Superman story when the writers will find a way for him to come out on top of the bad guys. Superman is the OG and honestly he'd destroy all these guys. He's also used to fighting other Super-Man type of characters.

Metro man is faster than all of them. He was able to move around and contemplate his life going forward. Even devised a plan to fake his death all while in a battle virtually moving so fast that he practically stopped time.

A perfect example of his strength was when he carried the entire school house as a little kid and moved it to another location and you're right being fast doesn't make you strong but that demonstration on his speed is far more superior than any of the other guys. It's just funny how biased this was in favor of the other 3 without actually trying to be objective.

We don't really know how strong Metro Man is because the movie was more about Mega Mind but the only real joke when it comes to strength is clearly Homelander.

Also that when fighting doomsday and other kryptonians he didn't take damage. Omni-man bleeds in every fight against equal opponents. Superman only bleed when doomsday ran him through while exposed to kryptonite and cut by Batman's kryptonite spear. Also viltrimites (omniman) are week to intense concentrated heat. Laser beams from super beings have been shown to hurt omniman. Superman cut through stepenwolf with a pass of his heat vision.
@@johnneumayer9263 Granted, the power levels of everyone seem to depend on the needs of the plot, thus you had Dark Horse depowering Superman at every opportunity because they couldn't think of a good story vs. their IPs without doing so.
Given that Megamind used some dandruff from Metro Man to give Tighten his powers, based off of how much DNA is in Dandruff vs the human body, Metro Man could be up to 577 billion times stronger than Tighten (which actually tracks decently well with his speed going off on Megamind's perception as based off of the initial landing on Earth and how Metro Man completely perception blitzed him casually while also rethinking his entire life)
You can look up the Metro Man dandruff scaling for more information on this, and yes it's a pretty big wank, but it does also show that Metro Man is possibly a ton more powerful than we would think, even if not 577 billion times as strong, and would actually give him a pretty good chance against Omni-Man and Superman, especially if we're using the DCEU version of Superman.
In my opinion it's Superman,Omni man, Metro Man and Homelander.

@@dragonmagic9872 Wrong. Just because a character doesn't showcase certain feats doesn't mean they can't perform them. The only exception to this is when we can very clearly see their limits in the feats they have performed. But in cases like Metro-Man where his only struggle in life is basically the same as that of Saitama, you can absolutely just take the creator's word for his power level.
After all, while a creator of an original character can't say whether he'd beat any character they haven't created, what they can say is what their own character is capable of. So if I say: "My OC is capable of lifting twice as much as Superman, fly and fight twice as fast, and he is five times as durable." Then it simply becomes a fact. You get to do that. Anyone can write stories.

I think you are really lowballing Metroman. He's definitely faster than Omniman and Nolan's durability isn't even that good, Viltrumites just have crazy regen. MM and Supes can definitely hurt him since Red Rush did a fair amount of damage to him by using pure speed.
People overestimate DCEU Superman way too much, he’s overpowered in the comics but he’s super weak in comparison in the DCEU, I think Omni-Man could beat DCEU Superman but doesn’t even contend against the comics Superman.
Overestimate? Massively underestimate don't you mean. DCEU Superman is high outer. He beat Zod who casually beat Dark Flash, who was ending an infinite multiverse with infinite timelines. He's already high outer as of MOS. ZSJL Superman is just overkill.
He is extremely underrated. People think he loses to MCU Thor, thanos and Omni man etc. he has feats that people don’t care about cause he’s seen as weak and watered version of superman

I actually think you got it right. DCEU Superman is powerful, but Omniman is next level in the invincible animated universe. omniman's superior speed and savagery should make him win here.
That’s the stupid thing with Superman it might not be every version but most are holding back in their setting unless they are fighting things like doomsday or the literal gods of the setting. Omniman would provide a great fight for Superman but most versions even the DCEU would defeat Omniman after a while. For one reason one of them can fly into the sun and be strengthen by it… right I’m thinking about DCAU Eu is one of the weaker supermen. Yeah Omniman wins this fight overall

Doomsday is like a battle beast who just gets stronger when he dies in battle, after 1 or 2 deaths he’d rip omniman in 2. Metro man easily has flash levels of speed he could beat Superman by flying around the planet twice and punching him, although Superman could in theory catch up as he has near infinite top speed. Superman and metronan are in their own leagues.

This was only using DCEU Superman so it makes perfect sense.
Ok the thing is that metro man survived the orbital lazer which is said to fire the energy of 1 second of the sun's rays. And altho he dogged it, when asked the producer of megamind said that he would have survived. That's continental level durability right there. And 1 nuclear explosion put superman out of commission for a while and some strong superheroes knocked omniman out. Also the kinetic energy generated by his speed could make a nuclear level explosion every millisecond. Metroman wins medium diff
let's also think about how megamind is able to see things happening near light speed ( when he was in his pod as a baby ) he saw metro man while bouncing around and going toward earth at near light speed which makes that for metro man to be able to rethink his life and see megamind in person while doing it with megamind being unable to know his presence makes that he's faster than light itself

Realize Dan is only talking abou Superman in the DCCU.
It's really not fair to try and put Metro Man in these matchups. The entire point is that he's a parody of a "boring invincible superhero". He has no feats to scale him against, but that doesn't mean he can't do what others can. It means we have no idea what he can or can not do.
I'd argue that Metroman is on par or even the stronger than anyone on this list. As the movie shown, Metroman only shown us what he wanted the public to see. He is already untraceable in the publics eye with his normal speed and surpassed it instantly when he had his existential crisis by a mile. What more strength feat is he hiding from the public. No lore was built behind Metromans back, on how did he get his powers or how can he get stronger. But he is already shown to have Superman qualities when he was a child.
So my analysis was correct. Omniman’s only weakness is lack of significant ranged attacks. And as stated his speed makes up for that by legions.

Well as it turns out according to the writers of Megamind, Titan got all his powers/stats from just a spec of dandruff from Metro Man's suit. Meaning that Titan was only 1 billionth the power of Metro Man at most. It's also confirmed by the writers that Metro Man scales higher than the full power of the sun which was what was used to power the Orbital Death Ray at the beginning of the movie and apparently even that would've done little to no damage to him so basically Metro Man is the tankiest out of everyone here cus even DCEU Superman couldn't survive the Earth being destroyed by the Unity in the Snyder Cut of Justice League and Omni-Man couldn't survive being near the surface of the sun when he fought Thragg. In fact Thragg couldn't even survive the surface either when he fought Invincible so in all reality Metro Man wins this pretty easily. Now if it were Rebirth Superman then he'd lose to him because of how high that version of Superman scales but since we're only using DCEU Supes well he just doesn't come close enough. DCEU Superman only scales as high as potentially Moon to small planet level at best when you factor everything in. You could maybe argue he gets exponentially stronger after his resurrection but again he still couldn't tank the Unity that destroyed the surface of the Earth so..

I have seen and heard so many bios of Superman, omni man, Homelander, metro man that I'm starting to think that they are landlords in my brain and I'm starting to think that I owe them money for rent.

Like Omni man especially is basically an Ultraman, crime syndicate supes, someone super close in feats compared to Superman but which one wins counts on the version of Superman that fights omniman.
Metro-Man was stated in the DvD commentary of Megamind to just be Superman but without weakness, so realistically he should win or stalemate Superman.
Superman curbs Omni-Man and Homelander together, even DCEU Superman. He was able to separate The Unity physically, which is described as an infinitely expanding mass in the commentary of Justice is Grey, which is given by Snyder himself. This already makes him have infinite strength. His combat and even walking speed is near lightspeed in ZSJL even within the atmosphere, and in the script for ZSJL2 when he's possessed by Anti-Life, he can literally catch The Flash during his multiversal resets, meaning irrelevant speed. And as for his durability, he manages to resist Anti-Life in the script for ZSJL2, which literally controls everything, even concepts like Dream (Morpheus).
Even without counting the script for ZSJL2, he's high outer. Completely different level from the rest. And if Metro-Man is Superman but without weakness, then feats cease to matter. Omni-Man struggled catching Red Rush, who's below 500mph, literally not even mach 1. For reference, lightspeed is mach 874,030. Omni-Man would have no chance against anyone here besides Homelander, who ironically is also mach 50+ in the show and MFTL in the comics.
And I just know some clown is gonna say that Omni-Man is 3 billion trillion gajillion times faster than light because of the galaxy traversal in two weeks, but the thing is, that's in space. That's just travel speed. He can't do that shit within the atmosphere, that's made really damn clear from the fact that Red Rush, who again doesn't even break the sound barrier, was almost too quick for him.
Well if we’re talking about movie super man than yeah he can lose but if people ever try to put there favorite character against comics Superman don’t besides if that other character gets destroyed
There is nothing like king here, if not Superman then omniman. Metroman is nothing compared to those two. We are spitting facts here. If I were metroman I will retire too because everyday was asif am superman having lex Luther as an ach villen. We don't need comic book Superman because metroman hasn't shown durability and feats, only speed. He might splatter on superman or omniman like tomato paste on impact.
So, Superman can hold off the entire power members of the JL, track and keep up with the flash, and end up without a scratch. And he loses to Omni-man who in the same style battle with his JL equivalent was beaten so bad he was in a coma for a couple episodes, you did the research..... make it make sense.
Based on all of his videos about these four guys, Metro Man should be first because he statues Superman. Superman should be second because he can stop a Viltrumite invasion and Homelander should be last.

Superman vs. Omniman isn't even a question, it's a sheer material diff. The amount of things Superman has done just puts him into territory Omniman can't enter yet. Maybe with time and more material, still not sure about it at all.

Considering we’re only using Superman from the movies in this comparison, I think you’re right. If we bring in comics Superman and it gets ridiculously unfair as he wins easily.
There is so much cap in this one, that kaiju almost killed omni man, he needed invincible to help, and dd would slaughter that kaiju

Metro Man is literally the scariest guy there ever was. Moving at close to the speed of light without efford or hurting anyone puts him firmly in god tier.

Hey what if soilder boy or homelander faught like mr incredible or frozoin or the omni droid from the incredibles that be a very interesting match up. Also Soilder boy is hard to power scale because the writting on his powers are inconsistent. In one scene he’s shown to be beating homelander then magically homeland is stronger then soilder boy then magically again soilder boy rag dolls him to the floor. Also in the finally if it took starlight, butcher, kimiko , and MM to beat soilder boy. I mean his power goes down when starlight just gets more light, then he starts beating her yet again like he’s magically powered up. Are you slow? He said Comic Superman could do that, never once did he say DCEU Superman could. DCEU Superman is the version of Superman that he is using in this video while Comic Superman is the version of Superman that he used in the other video.

There's a bit of a mistake here regarding Metroman and Titan.
The Metroman who grabbed titan and scared him out of the City was actually Megamind using a Holographic Disguise while in a suit that boosted his strength and allowed him to fly.
That said. There's no doubt Metroman would be way more powerful than titan, especially considering He and Megamind were just toying with eachother.
not to mention the massive gap in experience, and extra powers.
Such as Superspeed so fast that He can virtually stop time without any visible effort.
I'd reckon that Metroman could actually win against Omniman if He caught Him off guard, as Redrush from Invincible managed to break His ribs during their final confrontation, and Metroman is an order of Magnitude faster and stronger than Redrush.
Metroman is also no stranger to Monologues and Theatrics, and could also make Omniman underestimate Him by making an ass of Himself long enough to get close enough to Him to use superspeed to Blitz him to death.
Probably should have stated that you were going to limit Superman to the DCEU because Omni Man wouldn’t have a chance against comic book Superman.

Durability: The Guardians of the Globe were able to beat Omniman into a coma. The Justice League couldn't do that to Superman. In fact only the only ppl in DC to hurt Superman were new gods, darkseid for example, and they still get washed.
Speed: Omniman was able to catch the speedster of his universe, but Superman often races the flash for fun. And has not only hit flash with punches, but has also just outright broken his legs to stop him from running. Supes has also turned back time from flying at hyper speeds, where Omniman has only moved fast enough to set an atmosphere on fire.
Now on to binge more of this nerdy goodness
