Storytime: After Tyler dropped “Igor” he went on tour and his first stop was Minnesota. It was gonna be my first time seeing Tyler perform live so I was extra hype. My cousin rented a air bnb across the street from the venue for 2 nights (the night before and the night of) so when we got there I noticed the tour buses were at the armory and Tyler was in there doing rehearsals for the next day so naturally as a big Tyler/odd future fan I was like “yooo these mfs gotta come out at some point let’s walk across the street” so we all went over to the venue and we saw Jasper standing outside chiefin 💨💨💨 so I didn’t wanna disturb his session so we all walked back. It just didn’t sit right wit me that I had the opportunity to say what’s up and didn’t cuz I was nervous to bother anybody but I said F IT, chugged my beer and went back out there solo dolo. I know I was lookin sketchy at first and Jasper was probably like “who tf is this n**** starring at me across the street” 😂😂😂 but I had to let him know I wasn’t a threat I was just a fan that wanted to say what’s up and as soon as I was sayin that Tyler and Taco come walking off the bus and then I got hype and said F IT again and yelled out “YO IM A BIG FAN OF YOU GUYS I JUST WANTED TO SAY HEY AND POSSIBLY SHAKE YALL HAND AND SHOW RESPECT! I WONT TAKE MY PHONE OUT EITHER” and Tyler smiled and waved me over across the street and I got to meet all of em and talk to them for a little bit. I’ll never forget that moment that was one of the coolest and inspiring things that’s happened to me in a while. I know those guys meet a lot of people in their life and I’m nobody special but for me that was a special moment for sure.
