I’ve had one for 3 years now and I love it.
Love it but the lid keeps getting stuck andI cant open it.
I love my vacuum thay are so easy and quick to use because you don't have that stupid cord in your way when you are vacuuming and I like to use mine on the mattress 🛏️ you will not believe how much dirt comes out of the mattress
now im scared to use mine on my mattress lol 0.0

I lost the black mesh filter and now I can’t get the orange/white won to stay in the vacuum. With no filter there’s 0 suction power and I can’t find that part anywhere online. Any ideas so I don’t have to buy a whole new vacuum
I recommend searching for filters on Amazon or Google so search like black filter and then look for a filter that u think would work then use a scissors and cut it to fit your vacuum that should work

I do! It has been working good and good for stairs ect I used to hate doing the stairs with my corded vacuum but this makes it easy
I wonder if there's diff revs of this vacuum...I have this one but I don't have the removable mesh filter like shown in this vid and the manual that came w/ the unit doesn't mention it? 🤨
hmm it may be a updated ( or downgraded model ) a lot of these brands do that keep the similar or same name and change the product.

Mine ran great but all of a sudden when I turn to the higher setting it turns off. No clogs check everything. Suggestions?
hmm that is a issue i have not faced yet, try this, try draining the battery completely then charging it fully, if that dont work try turning it on to the full setting then off right away so basically press the button as fast as you can and keep doing this 10+ times then let it off for 10 seconds and try it then
Hello Scott, I've had mine for about a month, used it, changed filter twice and now suddenly I'm smelling this burnt/heated up motor at 2 minutes of use, any suggestions? Thanks
Is sounds like maybe in the line could be food or powder or something burning as it heats up only way id know to fix it is turn it on and wait until u can smell pinpoint the location and take it apart where u think the smell is coming from

I ordered this one because it was cordless and I thought it would work, good but it disappointed me. my son took my old bissell vacuum cleaner, so we took them both to test .my old one picked up more dirt then moosoo
Was the other one corded ?

The moosoo battery started get hot , I just got it today
sadly almost all Battery vacuums will never perform as good as a corded vacuum, since a corded vac is pulling in 120+ volts from a outlet VS a battery only 14-25volts the cordless vacs are good for a lot of things but if you compare it to a corded one they are not the same, basically its like a push mower VS a riding mower
Worst customer service they contact you a few days before your warranty expires not enough time to send info requested. Had a hard time getting my video of the problem I was having. They make it hard for the video email to go through I've never had a problem uploading a video before this was just crazy.
they are a small business so it takes time for them to solve problems
Worse customer service ever, I used mine once and wouldn’t charge, customer service is been promising to send another one for nearly 2 months, they don’t stand behind the warranty. Get a different brand.

@@ScottsHonestReviews exactly, no lights and no charge. They’ve asked for pictures, videos, receipts all sent. They said they didn’t have a charger to send, they’d send a new vacuum and I had to send mine back on my dime! I complained, I shouldn’t have to pay for return since it is faulty, specially for a whole vacuum return. They always have to “check about my case”, after some back and forth they agreed to send another one and a return label, pain in the neck since all I need is a replacement for the charger but that hasn’t happened either. I have a vacuum that’s just sitting there for almost 2 months now. I’ll never buy again from that company.
im sorry you had to go thru that all and that does sound like bull to me to, a simple replacement could have been sent, they could be out of stock due to supply issues but they could have at least refunded you then
