Not sure if you were paid to promote this but these are not a good deal -and definitely not good for the environment. It is nice to have a cheap portable vacuum but it is impossible to find replacement parts (filters, batteries, etc.). I have a 2-3 year old K23 that the roller part broke - can't get a replacement for it and worse can't get a battery or filter. They have so many models they can't possible service them all. Don't trust me look at their website. So now my K23 has to be tossed in the garbage and I am out $135.04 - so bad for the environment and my wallet. I bought mine from Amazon and they don't sell on there any more--that says a lot because Amazon will sell anything. I also have a Dyson and they are expensive but their support is amazing and you can get replacement parts (from them and after market). The best deal is to buy them refurbished (from Dyson or their eBay site). Shark, LG, Samsung, Hoover are all better options....
Yeah, my boy broke ours last year a few months after uploading this review. Was not paid. I just thought it was good. But after my boy carried it up and down our stairs, the roller part broke. Still use it for a handheld vac. 🤷♂️
PR materials state that it has a removable battery, but I see nothing to illustrate that. My final question is: Do you have to swap out rollers when you switch from carpeting to hard floors? That would be nuts. Thx.
No, you can use the main roller for any floor. It's just like any vacuum out there. As for the removable battery, mine is not removable like a drill. It would need me to take it apart to get the batteries out.
You can find the stud in the wall and anchor it that way or use the wall anchor that came with it. Just put your screws in the wall then take them out and screw in the wall anchors. If you don't know how to do that ask someone or look it up online.
