I purchased one not a month ago. But suddenly an error appears on the screen on the battery life. Have you experience that on how to trouble shoot that error. And it smell like burning or short circuit when I tried to start it
My brush on mine doesn’t spin and the lights don’t work anymore do you know how I could fix it or what’s wrong with it. Also don’t pick up that well anymore
The floor brush failed on my daughters vacuum also... We've removed the brush and cleaned it, reinserted the brush, and still nothing. Doesn't appear to have any visual breakage, so assuming its some type of electrical or electronic issue.... great... so at this point... its dead in the dust.

Is there any way to get the brush, crevice tool, and the wall Mount via an order? I got my vacuum and put together and then I was in a car accident and spent almost 4 months in physical therapy. When I got home, I could not find instruction Manuel nor the brush, crevice tool and no wall Mount. And yes, I had all parts that came in the package. I’m asking the several folks who stayed here at my home to try to remember where these items are!
What is that part called where it holds up the electric brush and can eject out, releasing the brush? What is that little part called? I need a replacement for it
I liked my pretty care cordless vacuum no problems I've had it 3 yr went to buy replacement battery well it says out of stock and may never get any in. Well I hope you all didn't spend $100+ for nothing I'm not happy not sure what to do. Anyone hear better news ?
eat video but i just got mine and im confused. The metal screen filter came inside the machine but the hepa paper filter came separate, am I suppose to put the hepa filter in the top or something? I cant figure if the top opens or not. Would have been a perfect video if you addressed that!
My husband complains that it doesnt work that well on hard floor, but i dont think he realizes that the stuff he is referring to is actually not loose, its stuck to the floor. Not even the vacuums with the best suction can get those pieces up for me
Brilliant cleaner, one fault....The tube linkage came apart and, its in pieces. I have previously asked for replacement tube assembly....I haven't had a possitive response yet. The tubes are the weakest feature on this cleaner, otherwise its a great vacuum cleaner, lightweight, good suction and fully charged, it will clean most of your house......

Take out the electrical brush you probably have a lot of hair collected in it

Mine isn't working now. Charge light is blinking, but it won't come on. I've only had it a few m9nths. It's barely been used.
The brush head is locked in place so it stands up on its own. How do I unlock it so I can vacuum??
