1:18:06 Insomniac here. If I was him, I would start hitting the gym so you can get more fatigued to go to sleep. Stretching does really help as well if your room allows you to. I always play VOD's of you or other calm youtubers I watch as it helps me rest. Get rid of scrolling apps like TikTok just for the sake of not scrolling on it all night and try to turn your brightness down low with a warm light setting. I would say "Well just don't be on it at all!" but it can get pretty lonely and boring sitting in your room staring at the wall with your own thoughts. Consider some good blue light glasses for later night gaming, so you can avoid all that "No screen time 2 hours before bed!" BS people try to say to you. Again, its true that this helps you sleep; not many people wants to do that though. Drink a ton of water and unless you have a condition like ADHD that reverses the effects of stimulants, avoid things with caffeine and sugar. I used to drink a cup of coffee before going to bed as it helped me calm my mind before I sleep, may be something you want to give a go. If time allows, you can make some food for yourself before you sleep although eating food and sleeping immediately after can contribute to weight gain. Make sure to clean your sheets every 2 weeks and keep your bed made, this will make your bed "crave" sleep more. Also, talk to your psychiatrist about medicine treatment (I use Clonidine, sometimes helps).
Overall its just a really tough condition to have as it just amps up mental health conditions and can really harm your schooling. It's something that you just have to keep under control and live with unfortunately. I wish anyone luck dealing with it 😭

Okay, but if this mod had multiplayer, it would be the most fun. Like, a two-player mode, with one person focusing on the puzzle, while the other checks on the threats and calls out their mechanics. I just have this mental image of one player doing FNAF3 arcade while the other one suddenly shuts down the power and goes "HIDE UNDER THE DESK QUICK QUICK", that would be hilarious.
It's not a bad idea, although some challenges would've to be tweaked a bit

I don't think I've ever seen a youtuber with as many wildly varied stories to talk about during repeated attempts at games as Spiff, literally every video I watch of this man I learn what could be one person's life story

When I was younger I mastered the art of being kind of awake, I'd be sitting in my bed, watching youtube on my computer, think "Okay, time for bed" then go to close my laptop. unfortuantely, the video I'd been watching for what felt like 10 minutes, wasn't there. And neither was my computer. looking back on it, that is so insane, but it was so normal for me

I've been looking into sleep disorders for myself and found that hypersomniacs sometimes fall asleep while feeling like they're concious. They're aware of what's going on around them but their brain has otherwise fallen into "sleep".

@@Complexicon_of_a_Startist yeah, the only thing all sponsors have in common essentially is the way they pay youtubers. everything depends on the sponsor and content creator. for example I've heard raid shadow legends gets really pissy if you change the script. a lot of food services tend to give more freedom - I figure nothing about them is inherently enticing to the average fnaf video viewer so they trust the youtuber to appeal to their audience. vpns seem to be in a middle ground where they allow skits and whatnot but still have some things said the way they want to. as for choosing promo codes it's pretty rare the content creator gets to do it from what I've seen but idk
For some reason, when someone in chat said something about the most boring person, I remember a discussion I was having with someone about some character in a kids show my siblings use to watch. I watched the full VOD(s) of it but only now, after your ffps section intro, I realized that molten freddy and funtime freddy are technically the same thing, making it even more fitting that he was annoying you in both sections and made you restart your game twice

Whenever a sponsor pops up, I normally skip it until the video continues only, every time Spiff does an add, I can't help but watch. The way he presents them is just so great to me, it keeps me entertained.
