Bro huge fan! Ive been struggling with my bass lines lately, do you use the bass from the sample after you separate them? And then just throw it in Serato? Thanks brotha
most of the time yes! However if the bass line doesnt come out to my liking with the sample itself, ill take out low end (EQ) and make one my self. there is no right way to do it.
You can try a High Pass Filter to remove some of the low end frequencies..and add some reverb to smoothen it out. Depends on the sample as well... some don't have aggressive sounding drums so that helps
@@m-chopbeats7526 I've tried that but you lose a lot of character in the vocal, and you can really only EQ so much. He's using some software that separates them really cleanly, I'm wondering what that is.
Always dope ma men Mirage. Yo u gotta tell us which software/plugin u use for separate the differents track of the sample. Maybe u told that in a video before, so let me know! As always thx for the dope content
you have your style.... but this beat does remind me of 9th. Maybe you can help me with something. Was wondering why my Serato Sample playback isn't as smooth... the play scrubber moves very choppy.
sometimes time stretching could do the trick. I like to make the sample play a little longer thank it should. so it doesnt ever end up finishing the whole chop when playing it back. i hope this makes sense.
This is a vibe bro, we need more boom bap in the music world
a mirage vid is a good sight to see in the feed

Inspiring stuff bro. I love sampling but it can be annoying sometimes if the track gets in the way of the vocals. How did you separate them out?

@@miragebeats was more a technical issue...my Serato Studio plugin user interface doesn't playback the waveform smoothly...
+M-Chop Beats oh in that case run serato how you normally do. But check your cpu usage on task manager
