Hearing an Arsenal fan with the biggest platform say they he doesn’t care about being knocked out of a competition is just not on. Sporting absolutely rolled us over in that second half and they had great chances to kill it. We’re 5 points ahead of City but we still have 33 to play for. We have to go to City and Liverpool’s grounds where we simply don’t win. There is a serious chance that we won’t win the league 🤷🏾♂️ being second is great considering where we’ve been recently, but we need to win trophies. Europa League is a massive trophy, only a League Title and Champions League are bigger… we must win trophies.
We have to compete on all fronts because we can’t put our eggs in one basket, especially because we don’t know we can stay ahead in the league.
“Blessing in disguise” was an absolutely poor comment there. Playing 1 game a week doesn’t magically make it easier to win a league- we’re still going up against a team that’s won 4 of the last 5 league titles. The mentality of fans who were okay with being knocked out shows that we’re getting a little big-headed with this title charge. We should be as pissed when losing games as we are happy when winning.
We lost… we got outplayed at our own ground… our goalkeeper got chipped from halfway… we were toothless in attack… we lacked conviction in the shoot out… we take this L and move on. None of this “it doesn’t matter” BS
Yeah we wasn’t good enough I’ll reserve judgment until the end of the season though.
I think by saying that he doesn't care about being knocked out of the Europa League is him further emphasizing our lack of squad depth to compete in more than one competition. In all honesty, should we have gone through last night, I don't think that we would've been able to handle Thursday-Sunday games for another month. Now that our full focus is on one competition, it gives us a better chance to win.

United's squad is just as thin as Arsenal's, if not thinner, and we're still competing in everything. We've been playing every 3 and 4 days since late December. Arsenal fans have loser small club mentality and are trying to big themselves up, whilst making piss poor excuses.

Arsenal fan here. There are no excuses. Arteta needs to improve his squad management skills. He has the squad but doesn't use it wisely. I've been saying this for weeks, if not months. Hope the team wins the league, but Arteta will still have to manage the squad properly to make it through.
Basic on how to take a good penalty kick... Don't ever shoot in between the knee and shoulder level height. Either hit it above shoulder level or below knee level/on the ground and at least above the moderate pace to both corners. The GK has a better chance to save it if you shoot around the waist range. Don't these professional players learn this from the coach???? The GK still cannot save it if I do it right based on these rules even if I told him which corner I'm going to shoot. The only way you are unable to do it is because you forgot it when you are so nervous. I guess.
