    When I first saw Ransford play in the U-17 I was amazed and said Ghana has found a solution to our striking problem. He was absolutely phenomenal.

    He said it all,I played football in Ghana and it’s sad to be a footballer in Ghana if nothing is backing you up.Country full of talented footballers but never see a national team full of talent in a tournament because the talented ones don’t get the chance.

    Akwasi Afriyie, I remember him at Asafo ball paa. He was very quiet and didn't talk too much. Very very surprise that he is talking now but that is Ghana for you. I know you as Akwasi Afriyie aka (Bayie). Very proud of you.

    How you n Adiyah made me loved football but is sad this two fabulous players could not go beyond satellite exploits. What could the reason be if not those guys who are killing Ghana football.     Can't believe it! Wow this guy was so good just like his mates from the U20 that won the World cup! Ghana can win the senior world cup but lacking infrastructure and need to sort internal issues.
    China, US are all now investing and nurturing young and raw talents and it's beginning to show on the international stage. As a country we need to have a president who's also interested in sports especially soccer and hold a nationwide scouting of young footballing talents to groom and nurture them for the Black Stars.
