seeing silhouettes with sleep paralysis isn't as bad as you'd think. (I've gotten it before). You have to be half asleep in order to hallucinate them, meaning that you're so knocked out that you don't even care that you're seeing it, and it's just a silhouette. Usually the silhouette will charge you but once it begins scaring you you become wide awake and the silhouette just goes away, meaning that it's impossible to see the silhouette and be scared of it at the same time for more than a second

If you want people to use correct terminology maybe learn that just the bag is called a bindle and the stick has nothing to do with it. A bindle itself is a originally a sheet of paper folded at the corners into a makeshift envelope for transporting forensic evidence. It is now used modernly as an easy to make carry container for tweak and coke with the druggies.
