Martin Sheen, Allison Janney, Dulé Hill, Joshua Malina, Melissa Fitzgerald and William Duffy reprise their West Wing roles walking and talking their way into the Oval Office. Why? To pass one last initiative with the President: To get America walking.

"She's dead sir."
17 years later. Still too soon!
ainit da truth
Me watching the show now and it's still too soon.
"She's dead sir".... Well that escalated quickly
Interestingly enough, that's not a character move for Jed Bartlet. That's actually just the way that Martin Sheen puts on his coat. He broke his arm when he was younger, and that's how he learned to put on a coat because it's the only way he could because he couldn't bend his elbow.
Fascinating! Thanks, I have asked myself several times what it was meant to indicate and even tried it myself! You have to be very rich to get away with it tho, coz any pens or wallets etc go flying.
He also had Erb's palsy at birth the to a birth injury.
The piece de resistance was when he almost knocked out Charlie putting his suit jacket on (that was a running bit in the show, actually due to the fact that Sheen has an issue with one of his hands)
I so love that years on these character come back again and again whether it’s for charity, a national campaign or just for laughs. Always with Grace and enthusiasm. They never whinge or complain or shy away from the roles that made them first famous. They just friggin lean in every time. Even in 2020 they still do West Wing takes AND I love it.
"MRS LANDINGHAM! SOMEONE'S IN THE HOUSE!"
"She's dead sir."
DDDDDDDDDDDDDDD:>
Bartlett - In the time of Socrates
C.J. - Oh Lord......
"She's dead sir" TOO SOON!!
The sad thing is when he said she's dead that Kathryn Joosten died less than a month later
Mrs.Laningham somebodys in the house!
She's dead sir
@@matthewcampbell6815 Oh... right... :( Charlie Sheen is still alive though! :)
that was a really well done psa with good incorporated humor
I love the way Marty puts on his suit coat, I think every president should have to do it this way!
Love it! I'm a huge West Wing fan & can't believe I missed this until now. It's put me in the mood to binge watch all 7 seasons (got the deluxe set years ago)!!!
its on Netflix. Who uses "deluxe set"s anymore?
@@jhonshephard921 If I had to wager a guess, probably people who got them years ago...
Does walking from the couch to the bathroom and fridge count?
0:55 too soon
it worked cuz of Sheen's reaction. He's THAT good. Cuz it was a bad joke but he knows how to.. he's frikkin Sheen!
The bit at the end where Bartlet swing his jacket over his head like he used to but this time hits Charlie in the head.
This is so lame but dammit I love it so much haha. A little sad they could only get Janney, Sheen, and Hill from the core cast, no offense to Carol and Ed (or Larry?). (Not you Malina. You know what you did.)
Ed or Larry they stopped differentiating so I did too
I love that Charlie had to duck the jacket.
Andrew Jackson had a big block of cheese that he kept in the foyer of the White House. This block weighed two tons and was 1800 feet in diameter; walking its perimeter took over half an hour.
It is in the spirit of Andrew Jackson that I, from time to time, go on a 30-minute walk.
Sometimes I wonder, since Sorkin basically writes the same characters over and over again... What would a conversation between Josh Lyman and Don Keefer sound like? Would Will McAvoy be appreciative of President Bartlett, or would he find him to be less than acceptable given his political affiliation, while also secretly disliking him because he saw so many of the very characteristics in him that he disliked in himself?
You know, by the end, President Bartlet was reminding me of President Benson from 'Hot Shots! Part Deux'.
Holly shit. So that's who voices all those Kaiser Permanente radio ads.
is there a reason every flag in that clip was backwards
actually might be true. took a job in the mountains. its a writers job but in order to get to the "office" i do a ten min walk, another to get lunch and a last one to go home. first few days were tough but i feel stronger and sleep better.
I lol'd when he hit charlie
definitely didnt know landingham died yet....
You finish season 2 yet?
@@BasicallyBananas Oh great now he knows WHEN she died, the spoilers just keep coming :P
Nice username-topic synergy btw.
The guy from Psych!
If you are being ironic: good one! If not, then God, Jed, I don't even want to know you.
this makes me miss west wing so much :(
Allison Janney still looks great.
I really, really miss this show...
lol they should do more of these!! :)
They took a long time to get to the funny, but they did get there=)
burton guster looks like a champ with that beard
It's like they got the cast of the West Wing to act out what a McCain/Palin administration would've looked like
He never did hit anybody with the jacket during the show did he?
I read he hit CJ on her first day as Chief of Staff.
Wait, where's Toby and Josh?
They're dead, sir.
“We need to convince the American people to do something that’s good for them.”
“That’s impossible.”
LOL
If so, where's VP Ed O' Neill?
Damn, you comment is mad popular its probably worth a fortune.
Well, that was the best video Ive ever seen!🎉😂
Well, that escalated quickly...
It's because one of his arms is 3" shorter than the other-- it's the only way he can put on a coat. ^^
"She's dead sir"
lol
HAHAHAHAHA...."She's dead"
"Oh, lord..."
"How about a show about walking and talking? NO!" - 🤣🤣🤣
Actually to correct the story Man his arm was broken because of forceps is what I read.
Isn't that the last name of the actor in Deer Hunter? No I got it, it's that damn Chinese Resturant up the street that was shut down a few times because of rats. That's it!
The whole time I thought it was going to be "fucking" instead of "walking", but then they mentioned that it was free.
it's gus! :D
Oh god. This made me so happy XD
They're not talking fast enough... :-)
Charlie never looks happy in any scene
Fuck it. Gonna start walking to work.
Fantastic!!
0:28 "Segue writers won't like this" LOL
Subtly Agressive I thought it was Segway riders.
@@drewnolde2674 It's both! Genius line.
This clip is referenced so much, I thought it would be laugh-out-loud funny. TBH, tjey should have made an actual health PSA, that would have been brilliant... There could have been a hilarious tie-in with FLOTUS Obama's health initiatives... But as a comedy sketch, it feels too heavy-handed.
wait, is this a real thing?
Stop throwing things at him, let the man rest in peace.
Martin Sheen for President.
I love walking.
It's hilarious! Thank you!
Love it!!!!!!!
What? Bill Reilly much? Dont worry, your SUV is safe though it shouldnt be.
The president definitely has influence over gas prices
This was was pretty funny!
That was awesome!!! :)
Or if u want to be awesome u could go for a daily 15 minute run ;p
This was funny! Go FoD!
Thank god they didnt get some no-name crap impersonator to do an Obama

Well I read, and I'm sure I heard Martin Sheen himself, say that it's a birth defect. That one of his arms is actually a few inches shorter than the other one.
13th!
not first.
Illusive Man 2016
3rd to last
GUS!
A white president?? Like that would ever happen.Dayum liberals.
i think it's sad when you have to actually encourage people to walk for 30min a day. if you seriously don't even spend 30 minutes in the entire day walking you need to get off your ass and sort your life out because you have reached a level of bad health that is just absurd. i don't even understand how someone could even want to be on their ass that long
This thing of counting you place is soo stup.. OHH LOOK I'M 15
lol right....
second to last
and then he killed marlon brando with a machete
dafuq?
16th :)
what happened to President Santos? did he choke on a taco?
lame
