So I care more about making it sound as good as I can than how difficult it is. (This arrangement is still THEORETICALLY playable. You just have to use the pedals and sometimes use the Left.Hand./R.H. to play the L.H./R.H. part)

I don't know how others do it but here is a general explanation of how they probably do it (see the answer I give Airsoftwarrior345 for an explanation of how I do it) : 1 - *Making a MIDI file* - Make sheets of the song using a software and convert the sheets into a MIDI file. or - Learn to play the cover you made by ear and record the MIDI input of the keyboard you play with into a DAW(Digital Audio Workstation) that lets you edit MIDI files. 2 - *Enhancing the MIDI file* - Depending on the music notation software you used the make the sheets or you poor playing skills, the MIDI file you made might not be perfect. You can use a DAW to edit the MIDI file (correct mistakes and add/correct dynamics). - The most important part of this section is to use a decent piano VST that sounds better when playing the MIDI file than most default piano sounds. 3 - *Exporting the Audio AND THE MIDI FILE* - Export the audio of the DAW you previously polished (EQ, reverb, right BPM and such...) - Also export the _enhanced MIDI file_ (it will be used later to record the visuals) 4 - *Recording Visuals* - Using a screen recording software, record the _enhanced midi file_ being played by a _midi player_ such as Synthesia or Piano From Above. (Depending on the capacities of your computer, it might be laggy which is something not desired) 5 - *Combining the Audio with the Video* - Using a video editing software, synchronize the audio with the video. For this part to work, it is important to have used the _enhanced MIDI file_ to record the visual, because if not some parts might not fit with the polished audio. DONE. UPLOAD and PROFIT. 6 - *Other Possibilities and Comments* - If your computer is too weak and you made sheets, you can sync the sheets with the polished audio (ex: channels like: aowashi and 紅葉月梛葉 do this) - Some lazy people record the audio and the video played by the MIDI player at the same time and it's often out of sync (delay caused by the time it takes the MIDI player to play the note when they are visually played). - Steps 1 and 2 are the ones that take the longest to make, the editing is done pretty quickly (unless you sync sheets to the audio) - Some people that record their playing to make the MIDI file don't quantize it or don't make the notes look even and I'm not naming anyone (cough Sheet Music Boss cough) but it looks unfinished and it triggers me but it also sounds more human. - Some people also use an absurd amount of reverb for some reason (EpreTroll, but he seems to not do it as much anymore) - This is getting annoyingly long BYE.
I tried playing it for about 10 min and the best I could do is play it once at 120 bpm. I don't think it's totally impossible but at full tempo (191 bpm) it would take a lot of time to learn. Something that would make it easier would be to not play the fifths on the down beats (Ex: at 0:15 not play the Ab)
Yes, it is (key word) "theoretically" possible to play but you sometimes have to use the hold pedal and also use the left hand to play notes in the right hand part or vice versa. For the spreading, I use my hands as the maximum spread. (I can play 10ths at most).
You've got some balls to try to arrange a song like this for the piano, I have to admit. It's 90% screamer music so there is barely anything to arrange outside of the basic chord progression. I think this is a good attempt for what you had to work with though, nice job.
