Love your method of teaching and the manner of patience. I am a 75-year-old and I love crafting. I think wreaths are the best. Now finally I found you. I don't do Facebook but I do RUclips. Keep teaching. God bless.
I love the 30 inch ruffles. I’m going to do a wreath without the curls added as I like it best that way. Thank you so much for taking your time to show us how. I love it.
Melissa, Thank you again for all the inspiration you give. Also I love the colors you put together. I bought the tinsel tie strands and was intimidated on how to use them now my wire work wreaths can look more professional. I use pipe cleaners but really like the look of the work wreath and tinsel wreath. I also love watching your tutorials and when you do the relaxed facetine. Also thank you for sharing in your hauld. I have bought some of the things you ordered after seeing them. Thank you, Kim
Just wanted to say, I love your tutorials. I have only been making wreaths 5 months. Watch a lot if tutorials. I just want the instruction without all the chit chat. I fast forward through many. I had been making the poof with about dozen different tutorials. Then I came across your zig zag. I mastered my poof after watching your vid. Not only do I measure, I use the wreath set up you showed and I have been making and selling them all. Been doing this method, but fraying like crazy. I am going to try using 30”. Can’t wait
Amazing tutorial Melissa, beautifully done reinforcing the technique. I have been with you since your first video, you have grown in confidence and allowed your creativity to shine through. I have enjoyed watching, learning and even your interaction with hubby. Thank you for sharing and continued success with your channel, God bless you and your family. Regards ✌️
This is so pretty....I enjoyed this so much as I have never done a ruffle before. Going to try this method on a valentine and St . Patrick wreath I’m in the process of making! ❤️
I make wreaths as well and I’m glad I came across your video! I’m going to try 24” ruffles and hopefully it looks as full as yours. It seems the longer the pieces, you save on mesh. Thank you!
If you are using a 10” or 12” frame how many ties would you use? And why don’t you make the ruffle put it between your fingers and then roll the the rolled one on top of the one between your fingers and tie them in together?
Loving your videos but was wondering if you ever finish off the wreath with ribbons and embellishments ? I haven't found any yet and was so anxious to see your finished products !
Thank you for sharing. Your wreath is beautiful. I made the 30 inch ruffle without the curls. It looks nice and full. I added ribbon in each one. I may have to remove every other one because it looks to full now. Thank you again.
Love and appreciate your tutorial. Easy to understand. I recognized your soft, listening voice. Liked it much more and Taught me a lot, than when you are live and so much talking going on, making it a bit frustrating. Awesome and beautiful colors!!!!! Excellent teacher! Thank you for your time .
How many rolls of mesh did you use to get 18 pieces of 30 inch cuts? If I want to use a 12 inch wreath form, would I still cut at 30 inches? And how many stems would I need? Very pretty!
Yes exactly. Go slow and get the technique down. Speed comes over time and practice. As always, if you don't like the way it looks, take it apart and start again. Mesh is forgiving and can be used again.
Hey thanks for sharing! I knew some of the other techniques, but this is new to me and very pretty! This is my new challenge! Awe i wish you would have showed it with the ribbon in it.
Terri Jeffreys I'm trying to find out the same answer...love the video but the ties weren't mentioned in the beginning of the video....have you since figured it out??...
I love this method! If I were to use a 16” wreath form, would 2 rolls of 10” deco mesh be sufficient? I can’t find 14” wreath forms anywhere right now that aren’t overpriced. I am also wondering, if creating my own work form with chenille stems, if it would still be 18 stems for the 16” form. Very new to this, Thank you so much!
Hi Melisa, Thank you so much for this tutorial, I just finished one just like yours and it came out so full and beautiful. I do have a question, did you ever try this ruffle method with just plain 5 inch burlap? Not poly, not deco, just plain burlap. I am trying one now but finding it a little difficult.
Great video, I liked the wreath a lot before you added the pink things. I think it would have been better to ruffle the pink, like you ruffled the blue, because I think the pink rolls just don't look right. Still a good video though, and the blue part looks great 👍
AWESOMELY AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL JUST BEAUTIFUL O MY GOODNESS TO COOL I JUST TRULY LOVE IT KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT ART'S AND CRAFTS THANKS AGAIN GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ETERNALLY IN JESUS NAME AMEN N AMEN HALLELUJAH AMEN THANKS AGAIN GOD BLESS
All I heard re: Deco Mesh was that it's "Deco Mesh with Jute". I've been googling this but no luck finding it. Please tell me what the product name is and the color name for the blue mesh and where you purchase it. Everything I'm finding is either to sparkly-cheap looking or too burlap looking. Thanks.

Awesome instructions! I hope you do another video to show how to add the ribbon.
You need two rolls of base colors for ruffles if your doing 30 inches..at least hobby lobby 10 inch rolls
I love the 30 inch ruffles. I’m going to do a wreath without the curls added as I like it best that way. Thank you so much for taking your time to show us how. I love it.
Really hope to see more wreaths from you! Love this one. ❤
This was an awesome video! Your instructions are so clear and you don't rush things. Thanks so much!

very good video, shows exactly how to do it, amounts, lengths, love it. thank you.
Excellent instructional tutorial. So much better without boozing and cursing. Thank you.
You are an excellent teacher. The best I have watched. Thank you.
If you put all the ruffles and curls in the inner ring, what do you do with the pipe cleaners on the outside ring?..this is a beautiful wreath!
Loving your videos but was wondering if you ever finish off the wreath with ribbons and embellishments ? I haven't found any yet and was so anxious to see your finished products !
I’m fairly new at this! But I love the finish product!
Thank you for sharing. Your wreath is beautiful. I made the 30 inch ruffle without the curls. It looks nice and full. I added ribbon in each one. I may have to remove every other one because it looks to full now. Thank you again.

I'd like to know how you got 18 30" pieces out of a ten yard roll of mesh? Ten yards is 360" divided by 30" is 12 pieces??
Love and appreciate your tutorial. Easy to understand. I recognized your soft, listening voice. Liked it much more and Taught me a lot, than when you are live and so much talking going on, making it a bit frustrating. Awesome and beautiful colors!!!!! Excellent teacher! Thank you for your time .
HayLo Creative Designs , thank you for sharing!

Great tutorial! I made it very simple to understand!
I would have like to see the end results with ribbons and anything else like flowers.
I'm making this now! And it takes more then one roll of deco mesh for main color 30in long! Gotta run to store now to get more!
Any suggestions?
Can this wreath be done using 6 inch mesh?
Very pretty, love the colors!
Gorgeous great job
You’re great at explaining everything. Thank you for your tutorials.
I'm going to try this thanks! Do you think I could use burlap in place of where you put the blue?
Where can I find/purchase these ties. Mine are so skinny. These give a more polished look. Just beautiful.

@@Tkfogelson01 , what's meant by 19:18? My question was how many 10 inch rolls of mesh?
@@michellesanchez5045 It's a link. Click on it and it takes you to the part of the video(19 minutes, 18 seconds) that will answer your question🙂.

This was very helpful! Thank you
Good idea! Going to do this on my next project!
Hi Ms. M I'm confused so do you have 4 ties per section on the 14 inch that would be 20 ties how R they laid out if I want to make my own work wreath.
Terri Jeffreys I'm trying to find out the same answer...love the video but the ties weren't mentioned in the beginning of the video....have you since figured it out??...
I see 3 in each section
3 in some and 4 in some actually...idk
She said 18 ties, 18-30" and 18-10"
Three ties per section. 6 sections three ties 18 all together.
Can you tell me how are you cover the back of the wreaths when it’s kind of messy with chenille stems?
Great job!
Beautiful wreath
Great instructions.
Very clear instructions very pretty
I would like to no how much should be on a roll?
For standard full rolls of mesh, it will be 360” or 10 yards per roll.
How far apart are the pipe cleaners on the frame on each ring?
i have just started wreath making. should the back be flat? mine are so fluffy that i done see how they will hang on the door.
Thank you❤❤❤❤❤

can you do the same with 21" mesh? ? I have NEED TO USE UP,
Don't know how you can make the ruffles with your arthritis I can't it hurts and have a hard time
Hi Melisa, Thank you so much for this tutorial, I just finished one just like yours and it came out so full and beautiful. I do have a question, did you ever try this ruffle method with just plain 5 inch burlap? Not poly, not deco, just plain burlap. I am trying one now but finding it a little difficult.
Burlap was easy to do but, not 30” , 9” burlap works better
Great video, I liked the wreath a lot before you added the pink things. I think it would have been better to ruffle the pink, like you ruffled the blue, because I think the pink rolls just don't look right. Still a good video though, and the blue part looks great 👍
Can you do the "ruffle" method with 5 inch deco mesh?
You can make 2 ruffles and combine them, I’ve had to do. Before.
* Had to do that before **
Love watching you..thank you
What color is this blue?? Can’t find it anywhere

Hi there! You can see how I made the work frame here: ruclips.net/video/okAue7OInbc/видео.html
What is the name of the fabric you used in the wreath?

Please tell me what the product name is and the color name for the blue mesh and where you purchase it. Everything I'm finding is either to sparkly-cheap looking or too burlap looking. Thanks.
The jute is what she’s using to tie the curls etc. it’s separate from the Deco Mesh
So pretty!👏🏼💕🌹
