Green eggs and ham. Because I'm a huge Dr Seus fan. Tip - you can ask for Who Hash on a plate and get a clean can on the side to keep as a souvenir.

In Island of Adventures Hogsmeade, there is a wooden cart that serves blueberry scones for $1.50 or croissant for $2.00! It was so cheap I asked are you sure that's the price and the scone was delicious!!

The best bang for the buck is the Volcano Nachos at Margaritaville. It's under $20 and comes in at a whopping 3710 cal. so it easily feeds 3 people. Plus it has all the water you can drink.
We might do a video like this in CityWalk sometime! That sounds awesome. We are big nacho fans around here haha!

Healthy option - hummus, pita, and veg at Doc Sugrue's, only like 5 bucks. It's a great snack, not quite a meal but a good fresh option
Great video! My absolute favorite cheap eat in either park is a kids fish and chips at either restaurant in The Wizarding World. It's $7.50 and the perfect amount of food. I get it for lunch most days we go.

Great topic! We usually opt for full-service in the air conditioning, but we'll have to try Green Eggs & Ham. It hasn't been open (it seems) for the past 18 years! Placing "cheap" aside, our favorite places (in order of yumminess): Mytho's, Finnegan's and Lombard's. We also like Confisco's, but the cold, dark dining room can be depressing! We usually eat at the bar (Backwater Bar). We will be trying the kiosks' loaded potatoes and crepes this December for the first time, because of your reviews. You guys have saved us so much time (and money) with your content; and you do it in such a fun way. Thanks!

We’ve tried all of those except Fire Eaters Grill and we love them all! We usually split them, so we have room for other favorites. Jacket potato is our #1 must get every trip.

My husband and I took our three children to Universal this past summer for the first time and are planning to go on a weekend just the two of us this January because we loved it so much. I love the Gyros at Fire eaters! Also on the other end of the spectrum the beef medallions in Mythos where phenomenal but pricy!
They are so good! We havent had the Gyros yet but the medallions are delicious!
On my last ttrip, I tried the Pizza Tots and the Brisket crepe. Both were delicious, affordable, and good size for one person who isn't snacking all day.

Honestly, I don’t care how much the crepes cost, they were DELICIOUS. We got the sweet and the savory ones. YUM. We were kind of upset that they didn’t open til 11am.
I unfortunately forgot about the jacket potatoes. Dang.
We also, surprisingly, loved the pizza tots and Buffalo chicken tots at Green Eggs and Ham. So good.
Sorry we got it out late haha! They are so so good! What is crazy is when they first opened that place they were 6.99 each and were the same size! You will just have to try the potatoes next time you go! Green Eggs and Ham is one of our favorite spots in the parks!

Bumblebees carne asada tacos are so good and cheap! Also green eggs Buffalo tots are my fav!
We love the tacos as well! The last time we were there we believe they had went up on their prices! We were trying to keep most things under 10 dollars and they were 10..9 we think! Great tacos though! Buffalo is the best 🥰

They are pretty good and very feeling! Anna has a gluten intolerance and ate gluten free for years.. she's not been as good about it lately but she loves these types of options at the parks!

So we ate a Jacket Potato last time we were there. There was one human in front of us, and then 30 seconds in about 5 people joined us! It was nuts! I meant to try the crepes and we never got them, I was so devastated! I really want to try the blueberry lemon! And y'all know we had Louie's, as my husband had to include it in the photo with you! I am typing this as I watch through. Those chicken stingers from Fire eaters is BOMB! I never got the tots from Green eggs and ham, but we will have to go there next time. This was a lovely video and I appreciate all you two do!

It’s a side item but You can get a baked potato with butter and maybe sour cream at three broomsticks for $3.50. You could even get two of them and still be pretty cheap.

one of the best breakfast in universal is going to hogshead and getting a scone & tall cup of fruit for under 10 dollars at the stands. Its good and pretty filling

The absolute best food I’ve had at universal/ioa was the tater tots!! They’re SOOOOO delicious!!! 😍 we had to have them twice in two days, and one each, couldn’t share 😂

At Universal it has to be the brisket crepe , had i of known yall were right behind me on the live stream I would of grabbed yall two. I never knew that brisket tots was even a thing thanks for the life goal’s.

I've just discovered your videos, and they're great. I have a question for you, and please excuse my ignorance about US culture because I am from Australia. At these eateries at Universal, are you required to tip? I only ask because we are planning a holiday there and we are trying to figure out spending money etc and don't want to skip out on tips that we don't know that we need to pay
Thank you so much!! Most of the places at Universal are quick service and you are not expected to tip. If you go to a full service sit down restaurant where you have a waiter that takes your order, you would be expected to tip there!
Thank you for this video! I am still cringing thinking about how much food is going to cost us for our trip when we are coming down for 5 days and 4 nights, USD/CDN exchange is such a killer. That $10.00 potato is gonna be a $14.00 potato but its better than a $20.00 hot dog (after conversion! lol)

What is the weather attire in mid November? Going next week and not sure what to pack.
So it can vary wildly! Next week, according to our phones, Orlando will be highs close to 80 with lows in the 50's

Heyya Arizona! Family of 6 here, I can only attest to Green Eggs and Ham (it's my absolute favorite place to eat lunch) Hubs and I share one and then we split the kids into pairs and they split one. All of us for about $30 bucks, $40 if we get Powerades (BTW:: the powerades are cheapest here too ;) )

Hi Brian! That’s so exciting! We hope you both have a fantastic time on your trip. And no, there’s nothing wrong with sharing the cup! We always just have one cup and share it between us. You can only fill it up with a non-water beverage every 10 minutes, but that’s the only restriction! This just keeps people from bringing cups from home and dumping drinks into those.
We try to run by Moe's on the way in or out of City Walk. It is approved by our 11 and 7 year old.
Haha Moes is such an immersive atmosphere!

I have eaten st Green eggs and ham. It was awful. I literally had ice crystals in the center of my dish.

Oh my gosh that’s terrible! We’ve never had an issue like that, and that’s definitely out of the ordinary for green eggs and ham! We love today cafe, but we were going for cheap eats and didn’t feel like anything there really hit the bill.

@@ThePughTwo That’s unfortunate but when we had gone for the 4 or 5 days that’s the one thing that actually tasted good most the food tastes pre made like a frozen reheat situation at double the cost 😬😅
We found that we didn't want something too heavy so we split our meals. That way if we wanted a treat or something we weren't too full...or if we wanted to go on a ride, we weren't armed to puke.
Thats what we do a lot of the time. Lol yeah keeping the stomach less than full is probably a good idea 🤣🤣

Also the tacos from the truck used to be the best deal in the resort but I think they raised the price
Oh the big pink donut could have for sure made this list! When we were thinking about it we were thinking primarily about savory, but that donut is SO much food for the price! Yeah the last time we were there they were more expensive!
The tacos went up a buck, to $10.99. Still a good deal, and I'd rather pay the extra buck than cross the street for a Heat Lamp Hot Dog under $10 (even though the hot dog comes with fries.)
Those carne asada tacos are the best! Texas girl here-I’m picky about tacos-it’s a must do in every trip
I know you guys probably have state of the art camera equipment but my kids want to start a you tube channel. What camera and equipment do you recommend for beginners and what do you recommend for further down the line if they get serious with it
Hey Mary! We do have some decent equipment that we use for the parks and home videos! Honestly, if we were just starting out and didn’t want to break the bank, we would start off with a cell phone. There are so many videos on RUclips about how the newer phones are actually really great for creating RUclips videos! If you are dead set on a camera, we can make some recommendations as well!

Absolutely! Universal has several salads, I think almost every quick service restaurant offers some kind of salad. They also have some decent sandwiches and several vegan/vegetarian options!

Hey guys I just wanted to tell you about my visit to Universal. 1st thank you for all the great advice. The trip was great even the weather. I have to tell you that I absolutely hated HHS! IT WAS VERY BORING ! The only house we thought was cute was Beetlejuice. It wasn't worth the price we paid. Sorry if that offends anyone
