@@rickeys I'll admit I don't know the specs on these, but if they weren't originally meant for wet and humid environments, manufacturers instructions aren't worth much -- I wouldn't trust them in this case anyway.

I Like the Look of the different Stones in the bathroom ...there ist a lot of epoxi behind and I think No Problem with water . Nice boat, nice Job, nice Home 😉
The doors are super sharp, nice upgrade. I’d do the same with the rest of the kitchen and one in the bathroom, maybe even move the drawers behind a cabinet door. And if you have any issues with moisture you could put a 12v computer fan (120mm or 200mm) to the inside of the door. Very cool, breezy even :)
I love your work I wish I was there and give you a hand ,but Im to old to climbing stairs and ladders but I love your enthusiasm the boat is fantastic ❤❤
I have TRULY been enjoying this daily videos watching you guys.... huge commitment from you all but for the sake of the channel I think you will see others COPY you as this was a great idea to lure people in!!!!

Hey, after you put in a basement, you could make a rathskeller! I like that idea because you could also install a bowling alley and put in pool table. Keep up the good work with your boat which is becoming a real wonder. Everything is truly impressive. I trust that you will have a very merry Christmas and a fantastic new year! All the best to you.
MP…. I have no choice in the matter… you are Adorable. And the long sleeve shirt looks the best on you. I love the webbing you put on the door. Good idea. And as for the tiles I would grout the ones that are around the sink and the shower otherwise you are going to have issues later …. Mold. MP you are glowing …Anyway… thanks for the wonderful video! Good morning. And MP. You make my day. Thanks
Look at the tiles again, they left no spacing for the grout lines. With the tiles stacked so tight don't think any grout will adhere. All they can hope for now is that no water gets trapped on the edges or behind. (Unfortunately I think they are in for a messy, troublesome, stinky removal and redo but fingers crossed I'm wrong)
He, talk if you like, we enjoy your content & I get a kick out of the accent & Sweet Melody of MP’s lovely comments, got a real chuckle when you said got to wait 20 min. You need to install fiddle rails around the hob. Is the hob on gimbals ? Safety measures the contents of a hot pan down your legs will give you a nasty burn. Also you need some non slip strips on the stairs, 3M makes this. Happy Christmas to you all .
No grouting intentionally! Apparently this type of tile doesn't need to be grouted.(?) They say that they followed the manufacturer's installation instructions. They are the first tiles I've seen that don't need grout, and the first I've seen manufactured with uneven thicknesses. They seem to have been designed to create hard-to-clean nooks, crannies and protruding edges. Maybe it's the new look for bathrooms!
I’ve done tile over 20 years. I luv the uneven tile also. But even if you grout & seal it. It’s hard to clean. That being said. Bleach & water in a spray bottle and a scrub brush
No spacing for grout(?), and the overhanging edges could be sharp. (This could be a disaster, if water gets behind and molds) Fingers crossed it does not happen.
Not true Unsanded grout is like soup. It will soak in if you rub it in hard then seal the whole wall. Will need resealing every six months. If not mould will get in it.
Tiles not uneven from how installed. You know nothing about what you’re saying. It’s called ungauged travertine. It’s the look she wanted. And can always change it when she wants
The rattan weave ought to be sealed and normally Tung Oil is the best product that is also food safe. It does require periodic maintenance but its very simple to apply. I am waiting for the porcelain tile episode to see how you fit it. Be aware that porcelain does not move in the same way that timber does and is considered to be inert, whereas the timber will be constantly moving due to temperature, moisture and mechanical movement.

The dingy motor mount looks like it’s removable/replaceable, that may give you access to the inside wall but I’d check with the manufacturer and ask how they would do it.
With the hull completed and the rigging installed there was no need to keep using (and paying for) the boatyard . It's typical for work to continue on a boat after launching, whether it's a new boat or a rebuild/renovation. They aren't "remodeling" work that they had done, all this is new installation.
