Another awesome camp ground. What??? No egg salad dinner??😉 🤣 Speaking of egg salad, I got to thinking about it today. Potato salad is pretty much egg salad with potatoes, right? Well, that got me to thinking more... Breakfast potato salad! And there is such a thing! They add bacon and carrots and eat it as a sandwich. Google Breakfast potato salad or I could send you the link. Well, that got me thinking some more. Remember how I mentioned cooking eggs in a thermos? Well, what if you diced up a couple of small potatoes and threw it in with the eggs?🤔 Will the eggs and potatoes both fully cook?? I will test this theory out and let you know! I'm looking forwards to what your next day adventure is.
Hahaha that’s amazing. That also sounds delicious. I have unfortunately given up most carbs so that’s why o eat so many eggs and meat. No more potatoes or bread for me. I do still have a few keto wraps and the odd bit of dark chocolate but my days of rice, potatoes, and bread are gone for now. I did have some maple beans but tried to keep the carbs under 40 g. lol. My mouth is watering now thinking of breakfast though. I think I will go scramble some eggs and have a whack load of bacon lol. Take care and let me know how the experiment goes 🤙
